De airco werkte naar behoren en het ontbijt voor €8 was zeker voldoende. Inchecken via een machine, geen menselijk contact.

De matras lag op een soort houten plank, het bed. Matras lag voor geen meter, kuil in de matras, hierdoor na de nacht rugklachten. Haren van de vorige bezoeker aanwezig, stoffige rand bij hoofdeinde bed. Hotelkamers zijn portocabins met een natte cel met douchegordijn. In onze kamer was geen gordijn voor het raam, alleen een rolluik.

The bed was extremely comfortable and room very clean.

The main issue was how rude the staff was to me in the morning the next day. I arrived late 23:30, booked hotel last minute because of an issue where I first booked, so had to drive much longer than expected. I called to ask for a late checkout, placed on hold and then disconnected. No call back. Tried calling again and could not get through. Walked to front desk - no one was there, so the part above not due to being busy. Then the two people at the front desk both took a call, made me wait and the experience was extremely rude I paid over 150 euros for a 12 hour stay. My French is very bad at this point, but I had the sense they did not like me speaking English and why they were so rude. I told them everything I just wrote, so I made it clear and it also felt very intentional.

Comfortable bed, good hot water for the shower, a good breakfast. It's conveniently located for the Autoroutes.

The rooms are very small. No restaurant.

The room was clean.

There was a noise all night from some kind of unit - perhaps heating or air conditioning - which was loud, like the sound of a hoover. It made it hard to sleep. I didn't feel particularly safe getting out of my car and into the hotel as it was all open, in an industrial park, with no staff around. I would not stay there again.

never got to find out! unable to check in using the computer at the foyer, tried the booking reference, last name…everything at least ten times…NOTHING! so now we are stranded without a place to sleep. ABSOLUTE JOKE! nobody to help, dog barking but nobody bothers to come out! RIDICULOUS

the outdated system of remote check in that doesn’t allow you to get help. it kept lagging and we ended up leaving after half an hour without being able to access our paid accommodation…

Guest doesn't respekt non smoking rooms. Rooms smell after cigarette. It was disgusting.

We stayed many a times before,always a great no fuss clean and fresh room,super easy to book and self sufficient regardless of how late you arrive. Staff friendly, the young lad on reception had exceptional customer service skills, we were so thrilled to have found Fasthotel Taissy.

BEDROOM 16! Avoid at all cost! The stench of stale smoke is so deep inside the walls and furnishings you can’t get rid of it. We arrived at 2am and there was nobody I could speak to, I didn’t sleep, window wide open but the smell was unreal. So so disappointed, I wish you had an option in the booking process to request a certain room.

Breakfast was ok for a continental but have had better.

The show room toilet very small and when you have a shower the hole room gets wet.

Breakfast was OK with a selection of pastries, breads, cereal and dairy products. The hotel itself is OK for this type of low budget hotel. Rooms are clean, if quite small for 2 men to share. Main problem is No restaurant or bars for miles around. We had to drive 20 mins back into Reims to find an evening meal.

Very small rooms & narrow beds but was able to park right outside. Very cheap so you get what you pay for. Certainly clean. Had our own food & found a lovely park few minutes away so only slept jn the room. Was perfectly adequate.
