Rudeness of front desk people. Not just the lady, but a guy on Sunday morning swift. I asked for water, to fill my water bottle as I was living in a long trip. He told me: “you can take tap water in the toilet”. Unacceptable answer for a two nights guest at the hotel. I told him: I’m asking for the free mineral water you have under the desk. Further more, the day we arrived, they assigned a very nice room. Almost an apartment. Five minutes later they phoned us, asking to leave that room as it was a mistake. We had already unpacked and used stuff. We kindly accepted and came downstairs. Was really offensive the way this happened, and despite=p it was their mistake, I had to ask her to repair the situation. Really upset, the hostess accepted my inquire for, at least, free breakfast. She never mentioned to do so, or even offer any attention and in really bad manners, she gave us just one day breakfast for free… I insist, they might’ve lost a signature in receptionist ways to deal with mistakes with passengers in their preparatory

Amazing location and spacious room.

The receptionist on shift on 20 April was extremely rude. I went down to report a problem with my room and she started yelling at me!

Good location close to public transport and many shops and restaurants (especially a very good italian restaurant right next to the hotel). The hotel is well maintained and clean and has a beautiful design, very elegant and luxurious. Our special request was taken into consideration and we received a room with a view on the back side of the hotel which was well isolated and didn't hear any noises from outside. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Big spacious room as well. Free bottles of water and beer in the minibar which are a nice gift for the guests.

The pillows, very soft though not confortable for my taste

Excellent location for visiting museum island and Alexanderplatz. Friendly English speaking stuff. Luggage storage facilities. Room was very clean and bed was comfy. They cleaned daily and also refilled welcome water and beer!

The rooms are a bit outdated
