The staff were very polite.

The room temperature was hotter than the temperature outside. We found it difficult to sleep even with the window being wide open.

When we booked this hotel, we had pretty low expectations after reading the reviews. However, we were pleasantly surprised during our stay. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic! Definitely worth the price.

The AC in the room was pretty loud, we could not sleep with the AC on.

One of the lady staff at the reception is either incompetent and uqualified to be a frontdesk officer/receptionist or racist. Nasty attitude, one word response to my inquiries even when I see her explain things to whites.

-Walls are paperthin, you can hear every word they speak in the neighboring room -Very dusty carpet/curtains: kept me coughing all night - very old, uncomfortable mattress, painful waking up -due to the traffic and problems with our car, we expected to be late, and were offered no help in case we arrive after 10pm, so I assume there’s no receptionist at all at night -Wi-Fi signal very weak, unusable

No kettle or fridge in room.

Pretty standard roadside hotel, in good and bad. Room was ok, breakfast was ok. It's next to a sort of mini-mall, so if you need to buy something, you can get it.

Even if the site is just next to the autobahn, the drive from there is complicated. Would not have managed it without automated navigation. The parking lot is shared with the mini-mall and the night I was there a car burned in the parking lot. Not sure if someone did it or if it was just an accident.

When I red the evaluation on Booking I was a bit afraid of cleans but everything was fine. Hotel is close to Leipziger Messe.

We have ordered room with 2 beds separated (for extra charge) but the room had just big one. Hotel was full no chance to change it. Well, next time I have to study carefully the confirmation.

Location was close to highway and it had a free parking.

There were some problem with reservation and no one was answering at the phone to discuss about check-in hour and abother problem was the fact that in the room was only one blanket and one pillow

the outside common kitchen is good however there should st least be Wasserkocher in the room because it is a bit inconvenient to go outside early in the morning especially if it is cold, need a thick robe and wear shoes just to prepare coffee.

I was unable to reach reception all day. We did not arrive on time, no one could let us into the hotel anymore. I did not stay at the hotel, the assessment is about the lack of communication

I did not have a breakfast reservation. It is a good place to sleep after a long drive. The hotel staff was very kind. There is a car park below the hotel.

There was nothing fancy about the hotel room, it was just a simple one near the highway.

It was very cheap. The bed was okay. It was quiet.

It was very dirty. On the wallpaper stuck in many places undeffinable red spots (like dead mosquitoes). Chips and pills we also found on the floor

Easy check in and check out

No shower curtains in the room, water gets all over the floor. Furniture and all equipment is old. Tap water looks unsafe. Food is overpriced. Hotel room doors need to be better for soundproofing, was woken up by screaming children in the hallway.
