Wir hatten das Glück ein kostenloses Upgrade zu erhalten und durften eines der neu renovierten Apartments nutzen. Daher wurden unsere Erwartungen auch mehr als übertroffen. Unser Zimmer war sehr modern und gut ausgestattet. Hier blieben keine Wünsche offen. Das Bad war sehr groß, das Zimmer hell und sehr sauber.
Unabhängig von dem Upgrade war das Hotelpersonal sehr nett und kompetent. Das Frühstück war üppig, gut und am Wochenende bis 12 Uhr Mittags verfügbar. Eine klare Empfehlung von uns.
Wenn hier überhaupt etwas erwähnt werden muss dann die sehr engen und nicht reservierbaren Parkplätze im Innenhof. Ob es Glück war oder dies vom Hotel organisatorisch berücksichtigt wird wissen wir nicht, aber wir haben bei der Anreise den letzten der Parkplätze bekommen.

Frühstück war sehr ausgiebig, für jeden etwas dabei. Zimmer sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Keine Lärmbelästigung von aussen. Betten für unsere Verhältnisse zu weich.

The location is perfect, less than 10min walking distance from the station, bus stops nearby, and I visited for a concert and the hotel was like 10min by direct bus so pretty convenient. Clean, spacious rooms, complimentary water and coffee, comfortable beds, lovely staff who even recognized me and it was my second stay.

Locatie op goede afstand van Westfield mall, onze reden van bezoek. Mooie gemoderniseerde foyer. De rest van het hotel is zeer gedateerd. Maar als je alleen komt om te slapen is dat niet erg.
De bedden zijn enorm zacht en zoals gezegd ook gedateerd.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were excellent and spacious. The breakfast was very reasonable and tasty!
Our window was next to the big "hotel" sign on the side of the building which lit up our room like it was daylight outside. Maybe some extras blinds in the windows of the rooms next to this sign would help to block the bright light at night time?

Continental breakfast was very nice, plenty to choose from, for adults and fussy eaters.
Lack of firm pillow and a kettle in the room wouldnt go a miss, otherwise all OK.

Great breakfast (price and variety were excellent) and easy parking in the hotel’s lot.
Some mold noted on the bathroom ceiling. I know it is hard to prevent it but could be cleaned/removed.

The friendly and helpful staff!
Breakfast was good, but not enough for all guests. A few items at the buffet were only available for very short time…
A few rooms were renovated already but the furniture in our room was quite old, but functional.

The room definitely exceeded my expectations. I didn't properly look at what to expect so the room was a pleasant surprise. I booked a room for three people and it was a very spacious. Nice space with lots of amenities like a kettle and a fridge and table with lots of storage space for clothes. Was only here for one night but I'd stay again and I would recommend too. The hotel staff were also very lovely and allowed some extra time for checking out.
