Es hat überall sehr gut gerochen. Sehr nettes Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück. Betten fantastisch.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer zu Straße, nachts etwas laut.

Die schöne, moderne Einrichtung. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Besonders Pam vom Frühstückspersonal war außerordentlich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Fragte nach, wie es uns gehe, zeigte meiner Enkelin die Funktionsweise der Pancake Maschine und die Servicestation der Omelettes. Sie hatte ein offenes Ohr für unsere Bedürfnisse.
Der Pool war sauber und das Wasser warm.
Gab es nichts.

Room was very nice and clean and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel's location was fantastic—walking distance from a large shopping center and the zoo and very close to public transport. We got lovely massages in the hotel spa as well.

Schallschutz der Fenster und Verdunkelung für Langschläfer könnte besser sein. Aber das ist schon das Haar in der Suppe suchen.

Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht, Betten waren super bequem. Fahrstühle ausreichend vorhanden. Sehr gutes Raumklima und angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel.
Klima war recht laut, Wasserdruck der Dusche etwas niedrig, Ausblick vom Zimmer nicht sehenswert.

Чисто, светло, современно, много пространства и приветливый персонал.
Окна моего номера выходили во внутренний дворик, где располагался итальянский ресторанчик. Было очень шумно из за выбрасывания пустых бутылок в контейнеры каждый день, шум от посетителей, их громкие разговоры, крики и смех, шум от поставщиков продуктов и напитков. Это был единственный недостаток!

Hôtel magnifique incroyablement bien situé, lits très confortables, petiit dejeuner parfait, piscine agréable … juste le service au bar un peu lent, mais personnel très gentil. Parking sous l’hôtel parfait si on vient en voiture.

The location was excellent, in one of the main streets but just around the block there were the shopping areas, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and subway stations. Checking-in could have been much faster, as the receptionist had to work the screen for a bit, but otherwise it was alright. The room was quiet, comfortable, well-appointed and cleaned daily. The room temperature was centrally controlled but was always nice, not too warm and not cold. The bed was clean, firm and made up daily. It was possible to open the window to let in fresh air, if necessary, but when closed one doesn't hear street noise. The TV was good, a lot of news channels in English. Bottled water supplied daily. Laundry service was excellent. There is a cab rank in front of the hotel.
There was no heated towel rack in the shower room.

Gute Lage, vieles zu Fuss erreichbar, Personal ist teilweise sehr freundlich, teilweise hat es keine Ahnung von Bedienung. Sehr bequeme Betten. Spa Bereich ist schön gestaltet.
Folgende Punkte gehören aus meiner Sicht bei dieser Hotelklasse sofort optimiert:
- Wartezeit beim Check-in und Check-out von 10 - 15 min., 4-5 Personengruppen waren am Warten -> keine adäquate Reaktion im Sinne von Anfordern von weiterem Personal.
- Bedienung beim Frühstück (Lernende sollten sich am sehr freundlichen, seniorigen Personal ein Beispiel nehmen und die Mindestregeln der Bedienung kennen, zudem scheinen entweder die Arbeitsbedingungen so schlecht zu sein, dass die Motivation komplett fehlt oder es liegt an der Person selbst.)
- Motto mit "well-..." scheint spätestens beim Frühstück aufzuhören, bzw. nicht auf eine gesunde Ernährung ausgerichtet zu sein: Nüsse, Samen, etc. fehlen ebenso wie ein guter Kaffee (Maschinenkaffee ist ungeniessbar)
- Fehlender Charme, fehlendes Auge für Details seitens der Hotelführung
- Karten funktionieren immer mal wieder nicht bei den Aufzügen
- Unübersehbare Fett-Tapsen bei den Aufzügen passen nicht zum restlichen "möchtegern5*"-Gehabe
