We had a reservation for dinner on the birthday of the Mrs When we came in the restaurant it appeared to be fully booked and we were not registered.. After a lot of discussion they confirmed they made a mistake. The manager stayed out of all discussions even after our signal we wanted to speak with him. No excuses, no actions to solve the issue. We could only go to the street to find something else... Later we found a bottle of wine and two glasses in the room.
That's it.. No personal excuses.

Beautiful little hotel in the heart of Baden Baden. The original room we had booked was too tiny for us as we were traveling with a lot of luggage and the hotel was kind enough to upgrade us at no additional charge! the service was excellent and the breakfast buffet too!

We were a group of 5 friends and had booked two rooms. The rooms that the hotel allocated to us were perfect for our small group. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished and the hotel was impeccably clean. We enjoyed a great breakfast in a slightly crowded space.

Location was excellent with parking nearby (for a fee) at their other hotel up the street. Breakfast buffet offerings were fantastic, everything you could want with very attentive service! Excellent cappuccinos made to order.

An established an confident hotel in the city centre within walking distance of the shopping centre and tourist sights. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Included afternoon tea is a nice touch which allows the weary tourist to recuperate before further exploration later in the day. A notice on the breakfast buffet encourages guests to take a small mid-day snack with them, a complete contrast to the attitude of most hotels.
The hotel comprises two buildings which are linked by a short covered open-air walkway. For a hotel of such quality, the sight of kitchen staff apparently allowed to smoke in this area during the evening was surprising.

We booked a room for three adults and were surprised to be given the penthouse suite. The room was large with a sitting area, fireplace, and lounging area. It had a kitchenette and large bathroom. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious. The breakfast is spectacular. The staff are very helpful and courteous. It is a located a short walk from the spas that Baden Baden is famous for. It was our favorite hotel during our 3 week trip through Europe.

The hotel is perfectly located near the pedestrian zone. We were provided an upgrade since our room would not be ready for a couple more hours and we were most delighted. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was A+ with plenty of variety and excellent quality. I would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional staff service and the best breakfast of our entire road trip through UK, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany.
A delightful suite with excellent facilities and a superb testament to the Little Prince story.

We had the family room. A beautiful clean LARGE room. Whirlpool, 2 bathrooms, what a great place.
