Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und gut durchdacht. Toilette separat. Großzügiges Zimmer mit viel Platz. Sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal. Direkt an der S-Bahn. Messegelände in 10 Minuten ohne Umsteigen erreichbar. Alles perfekt.

Frühstück mit 26,00 Euro p.P. zu teuer. 2 Minuten um die Ecke kann man gut im Einstein Café frühstücken.

Aunque no está en el centro tienes el tren a escasos 3 minutos andando. Buen hotel y cómodo. En la habitación tienes una nevera y para hacerte un té o café por la mañana. Cenamos allí la noche vieja.

Lo que menos nos gustó fue la cena (31 de diciembre) ya que el buffet era escaso y de comidas muy especiales, aunque si cabe destacar que de precio no era caro.

Bei der Schlafcouch im Dreibett-Zimmer lag man auf den Federn und auch nach erneutem Nachfragen/ einer Beschwerde (welche vom Personal runtergespielt und belächelt wurde), wurde lediglich lieblos eine zweite Decke rüber gelegt. Es ist immer noch eine Couch, keine Frage und dass man nicht wie auf einer normalen Matratze liegt, ist uns auch bewusst, aber auf den Drahtfedern liegen und vor allem, in einem als 4-Sterne deklariertem Hotel und für den Übernachtungspreis, muss wirklich nicht sein. Es fehlten ebenfalls Kleinigkeiten im Zimmer wie ein Extra-Kissen, Kosmetikartikel, Nähzeug, Schuhputzutensilien oder Wäschebeutel.

Could not find any USB ports in the room.

Everything was fine.

I ordered hotel including breakfast but after confirmation I received an e-mail that there will be additional charge for it and for parking.

Polite staff, good cleaning every day, changing towels. Lobby looks beautiful. And the room as well. There were kettle, tea cups and a small fridge in the room. There wasn't any disturbing noise from the street at all. Nice silent place to stay with the family, children-friendly. Location is excellent 👌

The elevators were often full, there were 3 of them but they are not big, so people need to wait. You can use the stairs only in the case of emergency.

Breakfast was excellent

We love staying at the Novotel - they now have these beverages and snacks machines on each floor, very handy. Very nice and clean and nice bathtub. The personnel are extremely helpful and nice.

It was convenient, clean with respectful staff. It was not near the city centre but exactly near my business place

we had to ask for different room. they gave us very noisy room on first floor.

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. Nice spacious rooms and lovely and quiet at night. Decent selection for breakfast although some poached eggs / pancake options might be nice to put on the breakfast menu.

No complimentary bottles of water in the room. Very small TV in my room. Housekeeping opening my door at 8am to check if the room could be serviced. A bit early guys :-)
