We really enjoyed the living room space -- well laid out with great opportunity for catching up with visiting family. Easy walk to the main drag gave us great opportunities for dining and shopping. This was a really cosy and convenient place to stay. Would stay here again.

We had plenty of room to spread out, enjoyed the fact that the kitchen had a ton of amenities and a short walk to Frisco’s main st.

The condo was perfect for our trip to the Vail, Breckenridge, Copper mountains, a short drive to all resorts. The location in Frisco was great as we could walk easily to bars and restaurants, no need to drive or get a cab. The house was great, spacious, plenty of room for all five of us to stay comfortably. The garage was nice to have to keep our truck in (just fit) and keep it out of the snow falling at night. The management was responsive and able to make sure everything was running smoothly. We would stay here again for sure. Only wish list, is for the owners to put a hot tub out on that nice front deck.

Our stay at the Granite house was awesome. The location and set up was perfect.

Kudos to Summit Property Management Team, they were very helpful with the issues we had at the beginning of our stay! We had several problems with the house the first couple of days - the garage door and the front door keypad were both dysfunctional so we could not access the property upon arrival, the fireplace did not work, and the upstairs bunk room had no heat. SPM was very responsive and helpful, however, our stay was interrupted several times due to these issues recurring. Finally on the 5th day of our trip the garage door mechanics were replaced which made things much easier. The property itself was clean and in a great location - easy access to the wonderful town of Frisco and major ski resorts only minutes away. However, it is in need of several updates, especially considering the price point it is listed at. The upstairs bunk room has no heat vents, therefore a space heater has to be run at all times to keep it from freezing. The Master bath has a very nice/new shower but the other two bathrooms are very dated and the tub basins are dingy. Several walls are in need of touch up paint. Overall, we had a fine stay, but this is not a property I would choose again for our annual ski trip.

The condo was wonderful! Clean and in the perfect location!! Just a short 2 min walk to Main Street! Very close to the bike/hike trails. Quiet and safe area. Great setup especially for families. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for our family vacation. Short walking distances to trails, Dillon reservoir, bike rentals, restaurants, and shops. We loved that we never had to get in the car. House was clean, fully stocked, and had a great layout for our big family.

clean well maintained property with very well stocked kitchen with a gas cooktop (a big hit with the chef in the family) in an excellent location in Frisco. Easy walk to main street. Large garage allowed us to park our Suburban inside out of the snow. Cozy fire place was great and the multiple living spaces allowed our group to spread out when they wanted some time away from everyone. Bathrooms were great and we all agreed we'd stay there again. The upstairs second bedroom with bunks never got as warm as the other rooms but I think the vents may be covered by the dresser. All in all a great spot and would certainly recommend it!

Our stay here was great. Part of our group skied and part of our group hiked. Both activities were easily accessible from this location. Check-in was easy and contactless. We were able to check-in after hours with no problem. We asked for trash bags for the kitchen and they were promptly delivered to us, hassle free. We had the option to communicate via text message and that was the easiest option for us. Responses were always quick and helpful. The location provided shampoo, soap, etc. Laundry machines and detergent were provided as well. Cookware in the kitchen was well stocked as well.

I rented this property for my birthday weekend with 8 other friends for a weekend of snowboarding and relaxing in the mtns. The location was perfect as we were close to multiple resorts (Copper, Breck, Keystone, A Basin) so we could ride a variety of different mtns. The house is also literally steps away from main st in Frisco with plenty restaurants and bars so we didn’t have to rely on cooking each night. Overall I would absolutely rent this house out again. Only slight downfall was the temperature throughout the house. Some rooms would overheat and others would feel like the Arctic circle. But that didn’t bother me too much.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. Only issue we had was the garage door keypad quit working. Would have been nice to have a remote.

Frisco is one of our favorite places! We have been visiting at least once per year for the last 30 years. This duplex is perfectly located just a block off main street with easy access to everything Frisco has to offer. The house itself was clean, spacious, and updated! A 5-star experience.

This is one of the nicer rentals I have stayed in. I always cook for everyone when we rent a ski cabin and was very pleased with everything they had in their kitchen. The location is very walkable into Frisco and offers beautiful views. Very close to a few of the ski resorts as well.

For a family ... this is a great combination of sleeping options... bunk beds upstairs for singles/kids, master suite upstairs for couples and a separate suite downstairs for a couple/family to be separate... Common area dining/living is big enough to have different family activities ongoing at the same time.

We enjoyed staying at Blue on Main in Frisco. The property was spacious, well furnished, centrally located within waking distance of the Main St. promenade. There was quite a bit of traffic on our street due to the detour following closure of Main St. for vehicle traffic. We had some difficulties finding the management property office after hours when we arrived, but we found the property relatively easy after we managed to access the check-in paperwork. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

This place was great for our family. The den was a great place for our family to hang out. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was very well equipped. As mentioned in other reviews, the bathrooms are due for an update and looks like the master shower head was changed and works well but the other two are in need of replacement.
