Super breakfast!

Small room, any power supply in area bed, long time without warm water.

nicely located in Krefelder. Nice buffet styled breakfast. Staff were great.

Hôtel old style, small bath towels, minor differences among different categories of bedrooms (bathrobe, coffee machine, slippers), the kindness of the personnel is not the same

Was an okay stay. Nothing that stands out. Probably a one-timer I don't think I will ever make a second visit to this stay.

I didn't like how they served the breakfast. I think it was due to the Covid, but still this should have been done so much better. First of all the staff struggled to understand English, so we already had a language barrier. The breakfast was not the typical Hotel type breakfast (I guess Covid regulations). They told me that they have multiple things and I just have to ask for them. Due to the language barrier, they couldn't really explain what are my options and there was no list or something to choose from so it made it a bit weird and difficult to get something for breakfast. I ended up with some orange juice and a coffee that I could serve for myself. I think they should make a list or a menu so at least people can see what they can choose from.

The room was clean and even though the hotel is on a busy street, the room was very quiet, which was great. The bathroom was very spacious. Staff was friendly.

When we arrived we were given a ticket to leave the parking lot. We weren't told that parking wasn't free, so that was a surprise at check-out (it's not super expensive though).

Very nice hotel with great Park views and location. Used to be a real grand hotel has lost that touch from the days a bit but still good.
