The hotel is set in an excellent location and has all the facilities you would expect including a very nice pool. The hotel has also recently invested in some new sun terraces for some of the rooms which afford also afford a view of the lake

The service is always good at the hotel. I just find the pricing high even for Switzerland.

Needs refreshing. Could do with some small touches to merit the rate charged - maybe a piece of fruit or bottle of water in the room, even at least provide the usual in room coffee maker! Breakfast offering is poor.

The breakfast was nice and mostly very healthy - you can eat outside, on the terrace, which is full of the sun in the morning: wonderful! Th dinners were nice as well - there are 2 different dining rooms in the hotel and also a terrace at the lake! You can watch the sunset while eating. Beautiful! You can also order the aperitif and drink it on the hotel tower, with a wonderful view! We really liked the bed - old style and beautiful piece of furniture! The staff was helpful. The room was clean and quiet.

The room was a little bit too dark - the window was very small. The hotels' parking outside is VERY tight - getting there and back always has been a challenge!

Very friendly and attentive staff. The pool is nice and clean. Due to the general COVID-19 restictions we enjoyed several times the dinner in the hotel. The food was good, you have to try the dessert "Tortino tiepido di polenta integrale e mele 14 Gelato alla farina bona". The Castello Seeschloss is perfectly situated on the promenade and a picturesque city center which offers lots of small restaurants, bars and nice boutiques.

The recommendation for a bike tour. Gave no mention tjat the route was mot next to the lake. Being rushed at dinner by the staff.
