Good staff, reasonable cost, accessible location.

There was no hot water in the room during my visit.

It's a kind of hostel for workers or refugees. Every morning at 4 they started to shout, slamming doors and only an hour later, at 5, when everybody was gone, it was possible to sleep again.

Spacious, bright, modern room. Bathroom good, internet working well. Hotel looks from outside a bit run-down but all is modern. TV working well. Nothing to complain. No breakfast but a nearby bakery offers good breakfast sets. Good value for money if guests don't mind to stay outside the city center.

Tram 102 goes from railway station to hotel, at daytime every 15 minutes, that's ok, but at night time only every 30 minutes with last tram at 11 pm. The area at evening a bit dead, nothing open. Reception not always staffed. Guests should communicate well about their arrival time. Pillow very small, not so comfortable

That it was cold in the night. Although the windows were closed, we could feel the coldness come in. And for a couple like us a double bed would have been good.

The room was clean, the radiator worked well, the bed was comfortable. There was liquid soap and shower gel in the bathroom.

The toilet bowl was too small (as in kindergartens), no cup/glass for drinking at all. The former restaurant was not operating, the only entrance was a "night entrance" which was a bit creepy (windowless stairs to up) :)

Was there too early for check in but I still got in. Just had to wait a bit for the room to be cleaned. Didn’t take long though and room was clean enough afterwards.

I could literally hear my neighbors really loud. Walls are quite thin I guess.

Clean, large room, decent beds and tv. Room included four beds, a private bathroom, a dinner table and a small kitchen for only €70. Excellent value.

Chamber for four people had only one glass. Fridge didn't work.

There isn't fridge in every room.
