Brilliant location, quiet neighbourhood but a busy area for restaurants etc. Local to public transport, easy to use, very clean and well maintained. Accurate photos of accomodation.
As it was a last minute booking, everything was rushed on our end. Maybe a bit cramped for 4 adults.

Le logement Flower's Berlin by Limehome est très bien situé dans Berlin pour accéder aux différents lieux culturels. Il se situe dans un quartier très chouette avec restaurants, bars et boutiques. Le métro se trouve à 10mn à pied.
L'accès au logement par code était très efficace et bien expliqué et n'a posé aucun problème. Le logement est bien agencé, très propre et tout est pensé pour le confort, très bien équipé, on ne manque de rien : il y a du café et du thé, du sel et du poivre, de l'essuie-tout, un torchon, du produit vaisselle et une éponge, des sacs poubelle, des capsules pour le lave-vaisselle, du gel douche, du shampoing et un sèche cheveux à disposition.
Un petit cadeau de bienvenue a été très apprécié aussi ! :)
Le logement pourrait être plus lumineux, les lumières ne sont pas optimales. La poire de douche fuyait un peu et donc cela manquait de pression. Manque de supermarchés près du logement.

Love the modern vibe! The apartment is perfectly located near lots of good restaurants and shops. We had a comfortable and cozy bed. Kitchen was very well equipped. Easy to check in and check out. The host was great!

The apartment provides easy access to most attractions in Berlin. The area is full of restaurants and bars, but there is no noise whatsoever during the night. Staff handling the structure via phone are kind and responsive (NB: there is no staff on-site, they are available via phone or whats app chat).
Online check-in process is too complex (it requires facial identification and a scanned copy of your passport/ID). Codes provided by the staff didn't work and I had to call them while standing at the door. When we entered, there were towels and bedsheets missing for two out of four guests. We were told to get down to a locker in the basement of the building and get the towels and bedsheets ourselves (since there is no staff in the structure, everything is managed remotely).
Windows in the apartment haven't been washed for a long time, they are extremely dirty.

The location is great, the flat comfortable, the concierge downstairs very nice.
Only one cleaning during our stay, would be nice to at least pick up the garbage more often.
No stove exhaust fan so the smell stayed for a while when we cooked.

It was a perfect apartment in Berlin , comfortable , clean and good location .
Was perfect to have 2 toilets in the duplex apartment . And was a bonus having a park with playground just few steps away
Not having a reception and daily cleaning , but we knew that before booking so can't complain .

Excellent location in Berlin Mitte. We very much liked the easy access too. The rooms are very light - windows all around - with a lovely view over a park and the TV tower. As it was in the city we expected some noise - but it was really quiet in the rooms.
The sofa bed was decent, but not as comfortable as the proper bed in the bedroom. Well equipped kitchen, the only thing missing was a beer opener :-)

Location is great. Big comfortable bed. Digital access was useful and the directions for location and access were perfect.

The place is centrally located. It is surrounded by a lot of restaurants for food explorers. The S-bahn/ubahn and Alexander platz are roughly are walkable. A nice walk to the museum island and brandenburger tor as well. The room is well maintained. Close to kiosks and supermarkets.

this is the worst check in experience ever which left us standing in the cold rain for 15 minutes (after check in time) before they could find our reservation and get us an access code. They really need to fix this process

Very spacious room and a great location! It was really easy to check in and out and found our room to be nice and quiet... even over New Years' Eve. It was easy to access main train stations from this location. We would definitely return.

The location was amazing. The apartment had everything. It was stylish and good.
It seemed to have some ventilation issue. The windows looked as having mold because of heating and weather.
