very Good for the Price

- good location, with bus stop and metro directly in front of the hotel and train station Charlottenburg just a 10min walk

- single room was quite small - Furniture and equipment partially broken - no option to leave luggage in the hotel after check-out - 80€/night (admittedly short term booking) too expensive for this place

Room was fairly big

The reception was very unfriendly, sturborn and rigid. I had to pay 20 euro more for the same room to have a friend join me.despite the advert saying room can take a maximum of two adults.

Location was great near a subway station.

It could have a water boiler and some tee facilities in the room.

The room was big even with a double bed and a single bed. The location was good, right next to the metro.

It was a bit old and the heavy doors were slamming a lot. Breakfast was included, but it wasn´t great.

They used COVID as an excuse not to serve breakfast nor to clean the room. Surprisingly enough, we saw the room cleaner cleaning a room after being vacated without even wearing a mask. We found this policy appalling. Even ordering fresh bedsheets and towels became an ordeal given the unavailability of competent staff. I bumped into one employee opening the linen closet and requested bedsheets and towels, he stated he could give me only towels and no bedsheets because of "protokols" and that I had to request them from his boss. Great location, otherwise a pass.

The hotel is located in a historic building close to the Kaiser Wilhelm Church and the nearby attractions, and is a good value for the price. Staff is friendly and willing to listen to your needs. The staircase, the elevator, the building with its high ceilings are all quite scenic. Fast food joints and restaurants are located nearby.

the hotel isn’t clean. the staff give bad service i stay there one week and they didn’t clean my rooms . guests don’t have any privacy. the facilities are poor and in a bad condition. the room was very small and dirty the hotel isn’t recommended!!

The contact person wasn’t nice with us He was talking with me like I am his employee The mattress was awful, I felt all the spirals ..I was asking for the wifi pass but he didn’t answer.. never again

Property needs a overhaul and maintenance

The location was excellent

The rooms were not cleaned in the week I was there. There was no evidence of the room being disinfected. Staff were not particularly friendly

From the hotel is easy to reach both airports The room is spacious

The staff didn't speak english well: when we arrived we found that the water wasn't flowing from the sink and when we told them they didn't know what "sink" means! The cleaning was sloppy, we found a chewing gum attached to one chair. Also they made a mess with the payment, and it took us two days to explain them the situation (as usual, with them not undedstanding english, once they sent us a mail in german). They also threatened us to cancel our reservation!

Location was perfect . The receptionist (s) was hospitable

The room 106 was dirty, there was a lot of dust on the wall. They did not change bed linen during the period of stay and did not clean the floor during the 5 days.
