The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was OK. Location is very good.

The room and hotel has no air condition system which I was not even checking during booking as I wrongly thought that it is a basic standard these days, especially in Vienna. There were 2 air fans in the room but it couldn't really help as in the hot summer periods in which we stayed (mid July) it is a big problem and the room was on the sun side in the afternoon and consequently getting very hot, and in the evenings you need to wide open the windows to get some air circulation. Now, the room was in the main building where all rooms/windows are on the main street that is very very loud and noisy by night so our sleep was interrupted many times and at around 5-6AM it simply becomes unsustainable and you are up. So the sleep was short and bad. There is a second inner-yard building of the hotel that is not on the main noisy street. There we spotted a few windows with hoses from a portable air condition devices. After the first night we asked on the reception to change our noisy main street room for some of those inner-yard rooms but we were blown off with a usual response "hotel is fully booked" with receptionist even didn't asked what is the problem with the room. WIFI was week/slow and often broken (no internet). The room was not cleaned at all when we came in the afternoon on the 2nd day of our stay (we were out of the room from 10AM until 3PM and we put the "Please clean the room" tag on the door's outside handle before we left) and when we complained on the reception they were surprised but said that the cleaning service is off for the day and that they will see what they can do about it. So when we came later in the evening what they did is that they just make the beds a bit, without cleaning, didn't change towels and didn't empty trash cans.

We had a quadruple room and the Wfi was terrible, practically didn’t work!!! Sadly we didn’t get any help in the matter from the staff and we were without Wfi for the whole vacation!!!

Room was good. Location is nice, with many supermarkets around, close to metro, city center is within walking range. Very well organized and spacious bathroom!

The hotel's location is great. It can be easily reached by tram, bus or taxi. It's located halfway between the Belvedere palace and the Prater, so you won't have to walk a lot to do some sightseeing.

When we went up to our room after checkout, we found it in a disarray. Towels on the ground, linen all over the place. Turns out, the hadn't cleaned it yet. We were quickly assigned a new room, but the communication within the crew could be better.

it was a bit hard to communicate with the person, since german was not really an option but neither was English coffee was not good.

The location was really good - we were there during the weekend so we used the free street parking, which was always easy to find. Check-in was fast and easy. The room was accessible by elevator. Breakfast was OK but elementary. All in all, it is good for a quick and short stay.

The hotel is outdated, and the carpet in our room was falling apart at the entrance. Cleanliness is not really top-notch but passable. The pillows were so thin that it seemed like they weren't there. The biggest problem was that the sofa bed must be close to the window and the radiator beneath it - that way your head is touching the radiator and the blackout curtains that, let's be honest, are not washed that often in any establishment. If you are tall, or if children are restless, that is not quite comfortable. The breakfast room tends to be overcrowded since there is just one table for serving and the tables are really close to it.

Large, spacious room. Soundproofing seems not bad . Separate shower and separate toilet room . breakfast is normal.

So far from the center. Quite old hotel room and hotel in general . Walls in the mud and it gives the impression of a mess.

paid for 3 adult beds and received 2 normal beds and an extendable one. Could have bought the double room instead of the triple. Very VERY dated hotel. Do not recommend you come here, really bad value for money.

The location is very good. The room was quiet and so big, and the breakfast was delicious. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. The check-out is so fast and easy.

Everything was OK. Maybe the parking is problem, if you don't find a place nearby on the street. But it's free at weekends.
