Gute öffentliche Anbindung, saubere Zimmer

Teilweise sehr unhöfliches, unmotiviertes Personal Während des Frühstücks wurden nicht belegte Tische für ein Event eingedeckt, alles sehr unruhig und laut Der Zimmersafe funktionierte trotz zweifachem Hinweis nicht

Nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Super Frühstück. Gute Lage, Öffi Station in unmittelbarer Nähe damit auch die Innenstadt gut erreichbar.

Walkable distance from center that gives you the sense of the other part of the river as well. Breakfast was royal if i may say, good quality products, just everything you need for a good start of the day.

The bed was comfortable. The reception guy was very nice. The parking is nice and safe.

We thought it would be the same quality as the one from Ljubljana, which is very modern, very clean and very nice. This one has nothing to do with it. First of all, we arrived at night and, in front of the hotel is written only Europa hotel, not the whole name with Austria Trend etc... Therefore, we thought we used a wrong address and started to search on the adjacent streets. After a few rounds around the area we decided to enter and ask. The parking entry is also difficult to find but once we found it, it was very nice and safe. Maybe we just expected the same quality as the one from Ljubljana, 4 star hotel is more to say and at a smaller price it would have been more appropriate. The bathroom could be cleaner.

Breakfast excellent. This hotel is a must for anyone in Graz without a car. About 200 metres from Hauptbahnhof and tram station directly opposite.

My room did not have a walk in shower.

Very near the main station and so easy and cheap to travel into the inner city by tram. Good cafe next to hotel.

Nice and modern hotel, close to the railway station, super clean room and friendly staff. Delicious and varied breakfast. A big thumbs up for this.

Some few problems with the shower which wasn't working so well. Also, I would suggest the management of the hotel a bathroom ventilation fan to help extract the air.

Great hotel! I would definitly stay there again. We requested a quiet room and got one facing a quiet street or some kind of courtyard. No noise from the streets or other guests. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. Nice chairs for sitting. Loved the sauna. They'll turn it on for you after hours if you want! Bathroom was spacious with a real door. Warm rooms in the winter. It's right across from the train station, and you take a tramway into town in about 10 minutes.

Shower had a very, very short glass panel to protect splashing on the floor. I love a tub, but the panel was so short when showering that water got everywhere. Walk to the city center isn't really scenic. We definitly preferred to take the tramway, which was easy enough with access across the street downstairs.
