The room was nice, we asked for a renovated one The breakfast was really lovely includes variety of foods (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free options) The SPA was brand new and spacious (sauna, steam cabin, relaxing room)

hospitality and service is excellent . we stayed 4 nights the reception staff ate very helpful and welcoming and breakfast is very good . special thanks to receptionist lady Ms. sheyaga and restaurant staff Ms ganny or gammy :)

The smiles on every personnals were really appreciable. Thanks a lot for this memorable journey. The sauna and hammam free were perfect after a long day of skiing. Moreover, the ski equipments storage was very usefull.

The room is a bit far from city center but no issues with the Innsbruck card which gave us access to free transportation around the town.

The room was a bit too hot and bed slightly higher than expected, other than that the stay was perfect.

Very warm and gave a beautiful Austrian flavor. Was a 5 minute walk from the bahnhof and 10 mins to the Alstadt. We decided to have dinner in the hotel rather than return out into the cold (22F) and wind, and we were welcomed with a fabulous dinner, wine and an exceptional dessert. The staff went out of their way to make the evening.

Our room had a beautiful bay window which faced the main road. Not being able to adjust the heat in the room, we need to open the windows which made the room loud due to the public transit (street cars). However, transit stopped late in the night but began again before 5am.

The location is a few mins walk from anything we needed past a shopping centre and an area a bit down at heel - but it is just a few mins and the free travel meant we didn't have to walk that

Breakfast was excellent! Lobby staff was also really helpfull.

Perhaps the cleaning could happen later than 9 am? It happened few times that someone came in while I was in a bathroom or sleeping.
