Bed was ok. Location was ok. Room size was ok.

No fresh towels, had to ask for some after 3 days. No maid service at all. Horrible shower, grout was moldy. Someone was in our room when we got there, they read the wrong room number as you had to figure out what room you were in by a list on the wall.

Daily breakfast should be changed, daily provided same items, one to two nights it is ok, but more than that breakfast should be changed

Language barrier with the lady responsible for the breakfast. Her German was v basic.

Simple room, but sufficient. Quiet hotel/pension and quiet, residential area, and easy reachable. Good breakfast with a lot of choice for on your (freshly baked off) bread.

We chose this hotel mostly for the location . Room was very good size for a family, beds comfortable.

The hotel staff lacks communication. At the time of booking I asked if it was possible to arrive later( in the night ) . I got the answer that I should call the mobile number before 22.00 to arrange. I called a number of times , but did not get any answer. Later got a text that the door would be open wich it was not. We were lucky and was let in by another guest but the comment from the hotel next morning was that I should not have arrived that late. An apology for their miscommunication would have been nicer- or a clear message at time of booking- that late arrival is not possible , then i could have booked something else.

Communication here is a big min. If there is an issue email, faceboek, phone on webside wil not help. owner does not wish to get involved with customers. Because one cannot cancel changing on booking com is not possibel. Got another room than booked.

The Hotel was clean and I liked the fact that there were parking spaces right in front of the facility

No HOT WATER in my room from late afternoon when I arrived until the next morning. There was also no one reachable either at the reception or elsewhere that could rectify the problem. The breakfast could be better for the price

It is a bit impersonal and the payment procedure is too complicated. The interior especially the bathroom are a little out-worn.
