Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich, das Personal sehr bemüht und ein kleiner, feiner Wellnessbereich. Gute Lage für Bahnreisende und Thermenbesucher.
Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Sehr netter Empfang, gutes Frühstück, besonders hervorzuheben wäre das sehr nette und kompetente „Frühstücksteam“, Sonderwünsche wurden stets erfüllt, an dieser ein lieber Dank an das gesamte Team.
Das Hotel, bzw. unser Zimmer scheint ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen zu sein, plüschiger Teppich im Zimmer und ziemlich weiche Matratzen.
Für Reisende mit dem Auto sind die Parkmöglichkeiten sehr gut und ausreichend.
Toll ist das Schwimmbad und die Wellness-Einrichtungen sowie der gemütliche Biergarten, wo man auch außerhalb der regulären Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants ein leckeres Bierchen bekommt.
1. Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage, stickig warm, das Hotel ist bei Temperaturen um 28-30 Grad definitiv nicht zu empfehlen, lt. Zimmerbeschreibung sollte wenigstens ein Ventilator zur Verfügung stehen, eine Nachfrage beim Personal brachte leider die Ernüchterung, kein Ventilator und schwitzen in der Nacht war angesagt.
2. Das Bad und die Dusche war scheinbar nur für schlanke Menschen gebaut, die Ablageflächen für persönliche Hygieneartikel waren auch ziemlich klein.
3. Aufgrund der Nachbarschaft vom Bahnhof und der vorbei donnernden und haltenden Zügen war die Lärmbelästigung ziemlich hoch (Hitze=geöffnete Fenster für ein klein wenig frische Luft.

I think the staff made this a good stay. Also being able to collect the room card in the therme us a major plus when you arrive at the hotel so early as I did. Breakfast was good maybe having something like cooked sausage available would be nice but nonetheless good
Spa seemed nice but if course more for the winter etc.
Certainly would stay again if back in the area

The rooms are good but we also had something we dislike. the first room smelled a bit old and the second was really new and nice but the mattress and the pillows were unfortunately absolutely not comfortable. The mattress is too hard and the pillows too soft. therefore we didn’t sleep so well which made the stay not so nice. But everything else is really really great!! maybe the hotel can work to improve these points..

The rooms were nice, breakfast was good too and most of the staff was very friendly.
We left the Hotel after the first night, because there was NO Lounge Area available for us to meet up with our friends. We were told on the first evening (after the restaurant closed at 2200 hrs) that we could use the restaurant the following day after 1100 hrs. The next morning at 1130 hrs the restaurant was still closed. We called the desk at 1400 hrs to ask were we could sit and meet with our co-travellers and that we don't necessarily need to be waited on. So they opened the restaurant, however at 1700 hrs we were asked if we want to eat here. We replied with No and we were asked to give up our table because it was needed. We asked if we could use another table which was denied. In other words if we will not eat at the restaurant we cannot even sit there for drinks and THERE WAS NO OTHER PLACE other than our bedrooms ??!!???!?!?! It should be clearly stated on the website that there is NO lounge area or bar in the hotel.

3rd floor was very warm, but the included fan helped cool the room.

We liked everything, the location was perfect for us, super close to the thermal waters (Obermain Therme). Breakfast was very good with enough options for everyone. The rooms were great, big and comfortable and they provided with a baby crib for our daughter
The rooms could be a bit more updated and the doors of the in-suite bathroom could be a normal door, instead of glass, you cannot see through, but the light got through too much, specially at night.

Excellent staff - friendly AND helpful! Special mention for Ana-Maria and Khalil who were outstanding in assisting to resolve a room issue; also Bee in the breakfast room. Convenient location a short walk to Obermain Therme. Very good breakfast.
Important Tip: if you like to sleep with a window open for fresh air, request a room on the entrance side of the hotel away from the railway. The noise from the freight trains is a “shocker”! Minor niggle: no coffee/tea making facility in the room.

Greek restaurant accross the street is very good.
Unfortunately I didn't had time to visit the pool...

Very friendly and helpful staff! Nice breakfast in Covid times (almost a full buffet, very friendly service for things not on self-service).
