The perfectly located hotel with the most wonderful hosts. Easy to find, close parking available, within view of both of the spas and all of the good food. Breakfast was perfect and hearty. It even has Air Conditioning! I will be back, thank you!

We loved everything about our stay.

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The map and recommendations were much appreciated!

It's a minor thing, but there aren't really staff after 8pm: it's fine when you know that but means that you need to organise late arrival if you're coming in the evening and there's no bar or other services but it's not really a problem, given the very central location.

The breakfast was outstanding, as were the staff. Jasmine was exceedingly kind, her English very very good. The rooms were spacious, very clean, very comfortable and quiet. We went to the Terrace after breakfast to hear the church bells at St Peter’s church. We were very happy to be back in Baden Baden!

A quiet and calm hotel in the historic heart of the city, close to everywhere within walking distance. The hotel staff is courteous and helpful The room was large and spacious There is no elevator in the hotel and the stairs are steep and narrow, but they sent me an update about it before we arrived so we knew about it in advance and it didn't bother us. I really appreciate that the hotel made sure we knew about it in advance

The only thing I would suggest is to take care of the weak water flow in the shower. Other than that everything was really excellent

Zoia our receptionist/ owner was fantastic. She was very friendly and accommodating. She booked us dinner at a very popular local restaurant. She served a very good and efficient breakfast. While there were only stairs, they were not as steep as advertised and very manageable. The breakfast room was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Parking was nearby (5 minute walk as advertised) in a public garage, but with guaranteed spots at a very good rate of 10 euros. per day. The hotel’s location was within a short walk to both spas and just down some steps to the main pedestrian area of townWe had a great stay and would stay there again. .

The hotel is in an excellent location- close to the centre of the Old Town.(But it took the taxi driver a while to find!) it is a traditional design with a nice period dining room. Very friendly reception- which closes at 8pm- but it is quite a small hotel so understandable The breakfast was tasty, but..

I wasn't too keen on the idea that you have to decide on what you want for breakfast/ and when the day before. You can't then ask for more! The bed was quite hard for me- with just one pillow. The closing of reception means is quite a dash form the airport to the hotel! I should stress these are quite small points so don't let that put you off.

Everything about this property was excellent. The hotel was charming and well located to walk in the old town. The staff were courteous and very helpful. The breakfast was comprehensive and delicious . We particularly appreciated the assistance with locating free town parking that would not otherwise have been available without local knowledge.

The building is so lovely and in a charming corner of the city centre. Jasmin was my favourite hotel staff and made me feel very welcome. The room is quite spacious and the breakfast room is lovely and cosy. Walking distance from everything, including the thermae.

Adorable property located in the heart of the Old Town. Staff (front desk and breakfast room) was outstanding in accommodating all our needs, making recommendations, etc. We purchased very reasonably priced bottles of wine at the property to enjoy on the rooftop terrace each evening. Property was adjacent to the first leg of the Panorama Trail that we hiked one of the days. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Our room was on the top floor so it was a bit of work getting up the narrow stairs but again, the staff offered assistance and we had the bonus of ready access to the rooftop terrace.

Very nice historic building, great staff (we felt very welcome), exceptional breakfast (chose what you like and they make it for you) and good parking arrangement.
