Excellent property with access to beach and the lake, good and supportive staff, good breakfast options, beautiful landscapes.

The dishes in restaurant (dinner that I had) are very costly and portions does not commensurate with the prices. Bathroom linen looked old, and worn out. There is no option to call a taxi to leave the premises while checking out or sightseeing. Online taxis for picking passengers are prevented entry into the property by a taxi lobby opposite to the property who insists to use their facilities which are overpriced. Looks like property is in tacit partnership with these people.

Beautiful and unique property. Excellent staff, so well trained - one of the best I've come across. Great seafood food. Superb singer at sunset point.

Breakfast could have included local Kerala cuisine. I mean, not just dosa, idli, upma which are indeed South Indian but not specifically Kerala. There is no beach (though there is a lovely long sea front).

Location and spacious lots of open spaces. Friendly helpful staff everywhere. Gopi at Jasmine Bay and Bhavya at the wellness spa were particularly helpful.

The ladies washroom near the pool area had a bit of a stench . Could cater to older people in terms of lifts . Everything else was immaculate.

Room and location is good, even evening tea was good experience. They even arranged cake for my wife birthday celebration

But dinner and breakfast was disappointing, not lot of good choices , it didn’t feel like 5star restaurant, I had much better food in other such restaurants. Also I had an accident while being dropped off, they did call to say sorry but didn’t offer any vouchers for my troubles

Service, location, facilities. The evening high tea in the lawn along the coast with the sunset view was beautiful. Green, dense vegetation offers great lung space. Room was spacious and the plunge pool was nice for a long dip.

Food served in the buffet was mostly bland and lacked taste. Food ordered via in-room dining was good but the portion sizes were a bit disappointing for the price paid.

The rooms were quite dusty and not cleaned well and so my husband and I ended up having allergies during the stay. The beach was not open during the stay as it is only open during some months. Breakfast was just ok, we expected a better spread.

beautiful location and lush greenery, love the beach, the use of space - tea by the beach with music was my favourite. Staff were all very accommodating and courteous and hospitable, especially Ms Jasmine at the reception. She was excellent in her service and always went out of her way to help us out.

This place is amazing. I had visited in 2015 and found it great, and had always wanted to go back. The attention paid to landscaping, with unique plants and trees, gives it a real tropical vibe. The staff were so helpful - both the restaurant managers, and Jasmine at the reception, made everything so easy. I think its one of the best resorts in Kerala - highly recommended!

I am doing a re review on this property due to how well they showed us that they cared for thier customers. I have never experienced such amazing professionalism especially from thier GM Mr Ravi Nischal. We did have a few issues while at the property but Mr Nischal was amazing enough to immediately call us and empathize regarding our situation and proceeded to make things right for us. I will definitely go back anytime due to the best treatment we received Breakfast area is beautiful with a view of the pool and the ocean beyond..The servers were nice and polite .. had Indian and continental options. This propert has great views of the backwaters and the ocean … loved every bit of our experience including my 75 yo mum who was celebrating her bday that month

At this point I am going to overlook any tiny issues just because of how well the property came fwd to resolve any issues we had. So we are overall very happy with our stay !

The outdoor activities can be improved especially given the huge area adjacent to the main property. Like Cycle Riding/equipments to be checked/maintained

This hotel has vast luscious grounds and beautiful architecture and design. The pool area is gorgeous but the lagoon and just walking around is a real treat, full of Keralan beauty. The hotel grounds are huge but there aren’t that many rooms giving a real sense of having something special for yourself. The staff make the stay special and can’t do enough for every guest. The treatments at the spa were divine. And the food, unsurprisingly, was delicious. I loved my stay here.
