The staff were just so lovely. The breakfast was the best that we had out of 9 other hotels that we stayed in India. Simple and light. The room was comfortable with all the required amenities. We ordered food at 3 am and it arrived all fresh. Very close to the airport and I wish I booked it for an extra day. Will be back again 😊

Nothing really, the pool was getting the due maintenance when we were there but thats understandable.

We enjoyed the breakfast and room. I didn't use pool because of time shortage. Your food was tasty and healthy.. The greenary of your resort is excellent to comfort anybody's mind. As a whole a very convenient and comfortable experience.

We mainly booked this for its proximity to the airport. The hotel is good and the rooms were clean and organized. The food was also good. Overall the experience was pleasant

The property as such is not very big and may not be true reflection of Kerala and its natural beauty. Also since it's a airport hotel I would have expected free shuttle service to and fro from the airport but we had to pay for a cab which is think was not ideal.

The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The food was great too. Staff were very nice and eager to help. Just a few minutes from the airport. Service quality at its best. Had a calm and relaxing 3 days in this garden like hotel where you get to meet the butterflies at the Balcony. The family loved it.

The location of the hotel, undoubtedly, was convenient since it was close to the airport (and sort of to the central station). The ambience of the lobby, pool and restaurant area looked grandeur and was very well decorated, so much so that we expected the rooms to be even better considering how the outside of the hotel looked.

However, we were very disappointed with the rooms. They looked like the opposite of what the lobby and pool area looked like- average and with a few insects inside the room. The toilet tissue was half-torn and not replaced, which means after the previous guests left, nobody bothered to check this. The food was okay-ish. Not great, but not very bad either. The hotel surely does not deserve the 'four-star' tag since we did not feel like we were in a star hotel at all. Please don't be fooled by the outside images of the hotel since the rooms do not reflect the same. All-in-all, Uday Suites is pretty overpriced for the kind of service and accommodation that they provide. Do not have star hotel expectations when you step into this place.
