The rooms are big and quiet.the location is great, eating outside is possible, small tour nearby is also possible,the view is also great (not from the hotel).breakfast was enough, more option available.

The picture are old, probably from opening the hotel, the bathroom is clean but the facilities are so old, calcified.the furniture is brocken, carpets are with stains.parking is only on the street possible and the are not so many parking places, you have to carry your language all the way to the hotel with kids is very irritating. Chainging the room is no option , all of them are damaged!!!!

Beautiful location on the castle hill in the Buda part of the city. Decent breakfast, nice staff.

You can see the age and lack of maintenance in many places. Curtains coming of their rails, stained carpets, some mold in the shower. Nothing terrible, room was otherwise nice and clean, but could be better.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area that has gorgeous views on the city. Breakfast is really nice and the staff is considerate and helpful. We stayed with a 3 year old and the cafeteria staff was really nice to our son 🥰. The room was huge and had both a shower and a bath. The hotel gives a discount for parking.

We were content with our stay.

Only 25 rooms, spacious bedroom with large beds, large bathroom, vaulted ceiling; ample Continental breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times of day.Excellent location and very quiet at night.

Upper shower head fixing was fitted upside down so that the shower head could not be positioned there. This was not a problem until we found that the head in the lower position shot water through a missing piece of shower screen seal, flooding the bathroom (this fixed by me moving a short section of seal from another point where it wasn’t needed). This issue did not alter our positive experience.

Location was great. Breakfast was good. Definitely will come back.

In the bathroom the water was dripping to the floor while you are in the shower.

The most unprofessional hotel ever!!! * We booked an executive suit but we got a regular double room. We told the receptionist that we didn’t get what we booked and paid for, he denied first time and said we got the executive suit we booked and its a 55m^2 suit and the hotel is fully booked so they can’t do anything. * We measured the room and it turns out it’s just 37m^2 just so we went again to ask but this time with a proof. * The same receptionist said they use to give big rooms and suits to families so that’s why WE DIDN’T GET WHAT WE PAID FOR and he could offer us another room. No sense at all! In the end we got a 50% compensation but still, super unprofessional and dishonest hotel that tries to scam their guests. To be fair, the hotel has potential but with a better management and reception center.

The location of the hotel at the Castle district was great. The size of the room we stayed in (007) is decent enough. Breakfast was decent enough.

Housekeeping service and SOP wasn't great - beds not made for most mornings, used glasses and coffee cups not changed, coffee/tea sachets not replenished and no free water bottles. Typical bland central European service. Asked reception on parking - got wrong answers on two different occasion with one of them sounding condescending towards me.

Price was fair, breakfast had good variety.

Hole in the ceiling in the bathroom, some hairs in the bed and on the cushions.

Lovely big room on the first floor. Very comfortable bed. There was a little fridge in the room. Nice location near Fisherman's Bastion. I recommend getting a taxi to the hotel when you get off the airport shuttle bus. We didn't realize the chain bridge is closed for repairs at the moment.

Could have done with a bottle of water and some milk in the fridge for a welcome brew. Maybe a biscuit 😊

Lovely hotel in the heart of the castle district. Our room was huge with a big bathroom, it was lovely and warm, well decorated, very quiet particularly as it was just a stones throw from Fisherman’s Bastion. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice .

Only a very small quibble that for me the pillows were very firm , otherwise I loved everything.
