Location perfect for sightseeing, the owners communicated promptly if and when required. WhatsApp video very useful to highlight entry process.

The hosts sent a message and a video of how to get into the property before arrival, This was very useful as it explained how to enter the building and how to access the lift and how to access the lock box. The lower lock on the door was a little stiff but otherwise it was a very smooth system for entry to the apartment.
The apartment has 3 reasonably sized bedrooms - 2 with en-suite, there was a 3rd toilet and shower (in separate rooms)
The kitchen was very well equipped with every thing you needed if you wanted to cook ( we just like to cook our own breakfast when away)
We really liked the fact that the apartment has to be quiet between 2200 -0800 and no loud music is allowed, this was fantastic.
The lower lock on the door was very stiff, The interior doors have a frosted glass segment which unfortunately meant if anyone got up in the night and turned on the lights all the rooms lit up.

Aveva tutti i comfort di una casa … e anche di più … lavatrice , asciugatrice , lavastoviglie , macchina del caffè oltre alle solite cose …
Ma la cosa straordinaria è che abbiamo trovato anche delle cups per far funzionare tutto senza spendere nulla di più . La macchina del caffè, macina il caffè al momento e in tutto Budapest e’ stato il miglior caffè che abbiam bevuto.
La comodità della zona impagabile e sotto casa uno stupendo fornaio con brioches eccezionali . Molti locali caratteristici a due passi. Ci tornerò sicuramente con la famiglia .

Everything was perfect. The host was very accommodating and so easy to reach if I had any questions or queries prior to arrival. In a great location if you’re looking for bars and restaurants. The room was just how it looked in the photos of not bigger. Netflix accounts on every TV. Made the trip to Budapest so enjoyable would definitely stay there again!

It was relatively quiet being up on the 3rd floor & there were electric blackout blinds. It had some flashy parts - light fixtures & built in lights, but NOT originally designed to be an apartment with bedrooms. ( likely a studio of some kind)
We appreciated the washing machine that worked well, but we had some problems with the dryer.
We were a group of 7 retirees. The living room had lights built into the ceiling that ran around the perimeter of the room, and could NOT be turned off at night, so the person sleeping there had to wear a sleep mask. The length of the sofa had worn out cushions so not uncomfortable for sleeping, but one person managed to sleep on the shorter part of the “ L “ sofa.
Our bedroom had NO dresser, no bedside tables, no table if any kind. We opened the ironing board & put wallet, phone, hats & other small valuables on it.
2 kitchen chairs tipped forward, so not very comfortable to sit on. There were only 6 chairs & we were a group of 7.

Absolutely fantastic apartment! The hosts send a video of how to get in which was so helpful and getting int and getting the keys was so easy.
The apartment was so spacious and clean. 4 of us stayed and each having our own bathroom was amazing! The location was perfect and the security was great, 2 sets of doors and optional shutters on the window made us feel really secure. Would recommend!!!

Kiraly St is a fantastic apartment. Spacious large and bright. It has everything you need.
Amenities and bakery just downstairs. Kiraly st has lots of bars just down the road. Very comfortable. Would deffinately come back.

thank you for the great stay at the apartment,
it was very neat and everything i needed was available from washing machinue until the kitchen tools. The area was great as well highly recommended it’s close to everything in the centre of budapest.
very polite and honest, I forgot two backpacks but the host was very helping and trustworthy he made sure he looked for it and contacted me when they were found until the very last minute to make sure i get them.
I truly appreciate and am very grateful for the honesty and help I received from the gentleman and honest host.
Genuinely recommend this host.

The flat is very light and spacious, modern, very clean, and very beautiful! The host is very welcoming, and kind. The location is perfect, very central and a supermarket opposite the house. I highly recommend this property, and if i come to Budapest again i will definitely stay there! Thank you
