I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Jungfraublick in Wengen, and it exceeded all my expectations. Nestled in the heart of the Swiss Alps, this hotel offers some of the most breathtaking mountain views I have ever seen. Each morning, I woke up to the sight of snow-capped peaks and lush green valleys, which was simply magical.The rooms are exceptionally comfortable, with plush beds that provided a perfect night's sleep after a day of exploring. It was located close to the train station and gondola. The staff was friendly and always eager to help, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of perfect.

It was hard to go up the hills where the hotel was located.

Andy at the front desk was warm and so helpful all during our stay. We had a wonderful room that faced the beautiful Lauterbrunnen valley and the mountains (our favorite view out of any place we've traveled). The breakfasts were just superb. Still dreaming about the breads! Can't say enough good things.

The hotel, location, the staff, our room...everything was amazing. We actually didn't want to leave. Our stay was very comfortable, pleasant and we really had no complaints. This hotel would be our pick when we return to Wengen!

Good internet connection, great staff especially Irene was very nice and welcoming during breakfast

The location was great, so was the outlook.

The rooms were extremely dated. The carpet is old and dirty. The walls are so thin, you could hear the rooms next door and even noise from the reception 2 floors down.

Beautiful views from the property. The staff were wonderful and attentive. The rooms were clean but not sound proof (but this was very common at other places I stayed in Switzerland).

Although the location is good (only 7 mins from the train station), it is a hike getting up to the hotel. I didn’t mind it though (saw it as a good workout lol)

The best thing about the hotel was the breakfast. It was a large and varied offering. The beds were also comfortable and the bathroom was clean and in good working order.

There was no air conditioning in the room was a total surprise. The room's balcony was directly behind the large hotel sign in front of the hotel. The hotel was located up two very steep inclines and we were unaware of this otherwise we would have arranged for a pick up at the train station. We had to haul luggage up very severe inclines including the hotel driveway.

Fanastic place, amazing location. Hearing cow bells every morning was a Joy. Staff were exceptional & the breakfast "basket" a great novel idea.

A terrific view! Friendly, clean……..great breakfast. Excellent room on the 2nd floor facing right into the Jungfraujoch. Close by good restaurants. Generous amount of hot water for a good shower after wondereren.

We were very lucky and got upgraded to the fourth floor suite! How blessed were we!! The views from the balcony were stunning, the size of the room was perfect for a weeks stay, it was clean and so quiet at night, even with the window doors all open. The ambience of the whole hotel from a warm welcome upon checking in, friendliness of all the staff, the breakfast, the flowers, the outside seating… And the location made it a wonderful jumping off point for many hikes or to just enjoy the quaint village. We felt like this was home away from home. Thank you for the perfect week!

The weather was a teeny bit hot and sunny while we were visiting. This was wonderful for Mountain View’s and hiking… but I tend to sleep hot and the room got a tiny bit hot during the day, so a little fan to help circulate the air would be so helpful. The hotel provided free coffee and tea in the lobby 24 hours a day but having a little plug in kettle to make hot water in the room would also be nice for us early risers who don’t want to disturb others guests. Neither of these minor details would stop us from staying there again. We’d definitely go back in a heartbeat!! I think this is one of the best hotels in the area. Thank you again for making us feel so welcome!

Quiet, clean, 5 minutes walk to train station. Hotel overlooking green valley and hills. The scenery is refreshingly beautiful.

Location was prime! Concierge staff were all very helpful and informative. The facility had games available for us to use on a day it was raining. There are several rooms for leisure which was very comfortable. Breakfast was very filling! Kitchen staff were super attentive and helpful

Having two single mattresses to make a queen bed was uncomfortable. No fridge in room we couldn’t keep our wine chilled. And bathroom needed an update… minor things. But would definitely stay there again!
