Clean & comfortable with great food and friendly helpful staff

Disappointed with the breakfast, however the evening meal was very good.

We knew that the rooms were small. But they are a little tired . The pillows could do with being replaced . Very poor quality and a minimum of 2 pillows per person should be standard.

Simple and clean…ideal for that quick stopover.

Clean and comfortable room, very friendly staff, excellent buffet for breakfast. Tea and coffee available in room, hot shower. Very quiet location. Excellent for a one night stopover and Chateaubriant is a lovely place to visit.

Would have liked a firmer and/or extra pillow. Not within walking distance of the town centre.

The hotel was in a good location. The rooms were good with good facilities. The manager Pascal could not have been more helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good value.

The hotel team takes care on their guest, cleanness of the rooms. Easy check-in handles by Morgane and good options for dinner and breakfast. The rooms have all needed items and the location allows to reach final destination without large trafic.

Morgane welcomed me and made sure I was able to have some delicious dinner just before the restaurant closed. She was friendly and keen to help.

Good value clean tidy had a good nights sleep comfy bed lovely hot water shower thank you.

Absolutely worst accommodation I ever had on business trip, old facility, didn't feel comfortable, middle of nowhere in industrial zone, no dinner option...

The room itself was old, not clean far from pictures on advertisement on booking...I arrived late and didn't have any option to eat in the hotel or close by.

Room 28 my sons room had a horrible smell in it & the window had to be kept open for the whole stay. The breakfast buffet that him & his partner paid 8.90euros for was disgraceful & they told the reptionist that they did not want it. She said she could put some food out, but it was to late & we asked if we could have the money back for it, but she said that the owners would have to decide. We have to send our passport details before this might happen & bank account details. We have photos of the so called buffet. We arrived at 8.00pm only to be told that the restuarant was not opened weekends so we walked anout 15 mins to find some food. The wardrobe was some hangers above the bed & the room was very small even the shower room. We would have had better facilities in a premier classe hotel as this was very basic for the price & we would definitely not stay there again

The gentleman on reception was so friendly and welcoming? we had a couple of requests which he was more than happy to help with. We left in a bit of a rush but wanted him to know how much we appreciated all of his help and support. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was so small it was impossible to move around in. The toilet kept filling and had to be reflushed and adjusted each time after use. The window, it was a ground floor room, had a broken safety/ security lock so the window couldn't be left open at night and as there is no Aircon it was very hot. The shower was do tight anyone aver a size 12 would struggle to get out of the opening making it unsafe when it was wet to manoeuvre. One tea bag and 2coffee sachets is mean

Flexible arrival times if contact before. Can eat in during COVID restrictions. Beautiful clean bed linens. Kettle and welcome pack in rooms. Beer on sale. Beautiful shower room fittings, plenty hot water.

The majority of guests were workers who returned after 5 p.m. and SMOKED IN ROOMS, GATHERED SMOKING ON CORRIDORS, TOP OF FIRE ESCAPE, they ignored all no smoking signs. The manageress sympathised but could do nothing. We do not smoke and had to lay wet towel at base of bedroom door. If we opened the window, smoke came from fire exit as we were next to it. such a shame!
