It was a very nice hotel, with very friendly staff in an ideal location.

No wifi in our room. It was really important because I needed to do quite a lot of work but I had to go down into the very noisy reception in order to do everything because there was no wifi available in my room.

Extremely good hotel in a great location . Very helpful and courteous staff. Superb breakfast. We’d definitely like to stay again.

Chose this hotel because it advertised it offered spa facilities. But the spa had been unavailable since the beginning of the year.

Staff was very helpful. We were there on Ascension weekend, which was very crowded, and staff gave us great suggestions for avoiding crowds and having a great visit. Wonderful breakfast. Lovely chocolates in our room. Great room. Public parking behind hotel was convenient and safe. Hotel location made access to everything easy.

No elevator to our room, which would have been more convenient with luggage.

The property was very well located for getting out and about in La Rochelle. We were on a driving tour and the hotel staff very kindly arranged for us to park in their car park.

A mirror in the bedroom area would have been nice, just one mirror in the bathroom isn't enough. No place to put our things in the bathroom. Needs to be more "traveler" friendly.

The location was great, carparking was very close. They also gave us an up grade. The room was, wonderful, big fluffy bath robes. Massive flat screen tv and lovely view from the Juliette balcony. Bed was enormous and so comfortable. Breakfast was also exceptional.

Great stuff and terrific Manager/owner, all are extremely helpful and accommodating.

A / C was not turned on yet - “between seasonal” time, the beginning of May.

A beautiful hotel, super pet friendly and plenty of parking nearby, very helpful staff and great room.

The staff were excellent. Our sat nav could not get us to hotel because of road closures so we phoned and they talked us in which was not easy as we could not see signs in advance, and because of vehicles behind us could not always take the turning they said. My husband said to me that he would have put the phone down on us and let us get on with it ourselves but they persevered and we eventually arrived. Always very attentive. Really good breakfast, parking and two lovely courtyards to sit with a bottle of wine.
