great value for money. no views of lake but that was a five minute walk away. the pool and pool bar staff were exceptional. so relaxing.

Professional and kind staff. Very nice breakfast. Specious rooms, small balcony. A few restaurants available.

The whole place was spotless and we felt at home the minute we walked through the door. Great location and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We’ll definitely be back!

The fact we had to leave.

Special thanks to Giulio Bertoldi, the Resident Manager. We called earlier to book a table at the Michelin star’s restaurant, Kitchen Restaurant and the person over the telephone confirmed our reservation. Upon checking in, we discovered to our horror that no reservation was made. After we were told it was fully booked, we had no choice but to walk in the rain to another restaurant nearby. Giulio who was informed by the restaurant’s staff, came quickly to apologize and offered us a discount at the restaurant. We are very pleased with his response as a manager to try rectify such an unpleasant situation.

The hotel is quite old but room is clean. The supervisor at Kitchen Restaurant was so eager to serve his regular customer behind us, that he left us waiting for a table and didn’t come back with any answer. Finally a waiter came and told us the restaurant was fully booked.

Remote, not very clean, staff not very helpful, food choice and service disappointing.

L’hôtel est très beau, le parc rend le séjour très agreable, la piscine est très grande et les restaurants et bar offrent des cartes variées. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant, nous recommandons !

Tout Le personnel ne parle pas anglais, notamment au buffet du petit déjeuner, les hôtesses du petit déjeuner ne sont pas toutes aimables… Lors du nettoyage des chambres, certaines serviettes étaient enlevées sans être remplacées.

Отличное расположение, прекрасные завтраки (вкусные и хороший выбор), бассейн, территория, ресторан! Все прекрасно! Персонал на завтраках и в ресторане тоже супер!

1. В обоих номерах в ванной стояли пустые использованные лосьоны для тела… 2. В кроватке малыша (2 года) не было ни подушки, ни одеяла! Когда попросили принести-принесли одеяло 2х2 метра, которое не помещалось в кровать для малыша!

Amazing hotel!!!! Nice location, big room, amazing pool and gardens. The breakfast is really rich and diverse. Love it.

The facilities of the hotel were amazing. We enjoyed the outdoor place so much. The breakfast was really good, with so many options.

We would hope the room space to be larger to fit an extra bed. The room for 3 adults was small to be honest. But everything else was good.

check in process, booked room was not available. After discussion, one room on 3rd, the other on 4th floor, one of them not the booked one. Again discussion and call to booking.com. Receptionist discussed with superior. Still booked rooms not avalable. Upon questining, we have been told that the offered two rooms are the only ones available due to full booking of the hotel. We reverted this is not acceptable, will cancel the reservation and change to Hilton hotel. Again discussion receptionist with her manager. And - surprise - both rooms became suddenly available as booked on the same floor. Congratulation to the nice "smell" this is leaving breakfast room cooled like a fridge. Employees themselves where winter jackets and confirmed continuous complains to their management. "nice" music in the hotel floor. Bad is if you want to sleep... We had to call every night to ask them to turn down the music. Good thing: it starts again at 7 in the morning so
