BED MATTRESSES ARE HEAVILY USED AND SAGING IN THE MIDDLE. VERY SMALL SHOWER STALL AND LEAKS WATER TO OUTSIDE WHEN DOING SHOWER. NO TEA KITTLE

The room was a classic decent hotel room with all the needed amenities. Westin still values Hotelerie in hotels.Team is attentive ,welcoming and professional. Breakfast is a decent feast of flavors

Paid 200extra on a price for a real king bed that was already 300% higher bc of design week. No problem. Before going to room i asked if its real king, worker said yes. I come back late evening and see its not real king (2 mattress pushed next to each other). Didnt wanna change rooms, was tired. Next morning i ask to refund me only the extra paid, but i only got some token discount. I was even gaslit by the worker that it is “normal” in Italy. First it is not, i stayed many years, she thought i am a dumb tourist. Second, they clearly advertised both options on booking and i paid extra. Mistakes can happen, refund the difference, it is not a favor. Even gave me her email and told me to message her next time. So i should book and then email her that i am the client to not be cheated?! Last time at that place and hotel chain. Been a loyal client for 5years. Even LDS not honest anymore ;(

Room was old but good. Housekeeping was also very good. We had breakfast and that also went well. Overall worth stay if you want value for money.

All was good. Only thing , some renovation work was going on.

I stayed in the most amazing room ever!! It really looked like a palace. My schedule was really tight and I was leaving to lake como otherwise I would’ve stayed longer. The entire hotel was extremely regal and the staff was very helpful, welcoming and kind to me all through my stay!!

La situation géographique,

J’ai été extrêmement déçu par l’état de la douche. Il y avait de la moisissure sur tous les joints. J’ai signalé le problème à l’hôtel qui m’a fait comprendre que cela était dû à l’ancienneté de la douche. J’ai trouvé cela honteux pour un établissement de ce standing

The size of the room, very comfortable bed the excellent staff

The cleanliness of the passages could be improved. The carpets didn’t look as if they had been vacuumed in a while. Not all toiletries were replenished and wet flannel left in shower and clean one not left.

الفندق سيئ من حيث النظافه و الموظفين اقمت خمس ليالي ولم ارتاح في الاقامه حيث كان كل شي فوضوي

الإفطار كان لايأس به وموقع الفندق يبعد عن الدومو ٢٥ دقيقة سيرا على الأقدام

احدى الغرف كانت بها رائحة مجاري كما ان التيار الكهربائي انقطع قبل خروجنا من الفندق يوم المغادرة بأكثر من ساعة

Everything was great but the construction sound was very loud

The room had a dusty smell maybe from the AC

Room size were good, location also was fine as it is away from rush area and easy to reach every where by using the local transportation.

Car park around were to expensive and not easy to find unless park with hotel which very expensive, the furniture and design is old style, but bed were comfort

It has a beautiful lobby

Rooms need maintenance, toilet was broken, bathroom shower knobs were broken and no one fixed it for our trip

Ottimo albergo in centro città. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Dopo un lungo volo intercontinentale ci hanno consentito un early check in. Un plauso a Lorenzo della reception per la sua professionalità e gentilezza.
