Room was a nice size with comfortable beds and pi,OTS. AC worked well. The sink and tub drains were slow, and the apparatus that held the shower head was cracked…so it held when water was on but when you turned it off the shower handle would drop in the tub…just lazy maintenance for stuff like that.

Lovely rooms, excellent lasagne in Dining Room

Reception was understaffed each time we went. They should provide loads more info about how to get into Venice, how to buy tickets etc. We arrived on a train and water bus strike day but despite that they still printed our ticket instead of saying we didn’t need one. Then when printed they didn’t tell us we had to convert it at a machine into an actual ticket. Luggage store man had no idea where local supermarket was. Also on Friday night, having ordered and eaten starters and main courses the chef went home so we couldn’t order desserts !

Convenient location

Room smelt very bad / somewhere between bad body odour and damp AC was so noisy impossible to have on at night. With window open you could just hear road noise. Bathroom smelt very damp and musty.

Staffs were busy but friendly. Service was quick. We noticed a light of the room was out and informed the reception desk. They sent people to fixed it right away.

The room was a bit old. A lot of furniture needed to be replaced. AC was too cold for us and there was not way to adjust it.

Breakfast was much better a year or two ago. Big dissapoinmnet with the breakfast!

a lovely setting, particularly if you get to overlook the marina. an easy 10 minute walk to the train station, then Hello Vanezia, here i come!

This was a comfortable and large hotel in the part of Venice that is on the mainland. Our room, bed and bathroom were all very nice. They allowed us to do late check out, (for a fee) so that we could spend a little longer in the Tourist Part of Venice, which we appreciated. Parking was free and connected to the hotel. The restaurant served good food, though the service was a bit slow, and the free breakfast was very good.

It was a bit far to walk from the hotel to the bus that took us to the ferry dock in Venice. It would have been nice if the hotel had provided a shuttle. Also, the head waiter in the restaurant took a very long time with our credit card to process our meal payment. This made us a bit nervous about protecting our card information.

It’s just excellent!! very convenient location and the staff was very friendly. my room didn’t have AC but they moved us once we told them.

NH Venezia Laguna Palace is located within the yacht club. Very nice view of the water and the yacht around. There were bus stops nearby and so many restaurants within the vicinity offering international dishes. They also have welcome snacks in the lobby when you check in. Coffee in one of our rooms was Lavazza and we simply love it

Kind of hard getting a cab and quite far from the train station.

The environment was great, the room was clean, the location was just nice, near the airport and train station (walking distance if you are not too lazy, but not recommend to walk if you have bulky luggage with you). Receptionist were helpful on calling cab/taxi. The boat yard that they have was amazing. Great beer and wine.

My room was filthy from the carpet stains to the dust and dirty sheets. I also received multiple bites on my leg and the night manager was not very accommodating.

the rooms had a strange smell. we asked new ones but the smell was the same. the hotel is in a quite industrial area.

We liked the scenery, the cleanliness, the hospitality, and the fact that the third bed was placed in a semi private area. The bar near the canal was very nice and had an exceptional view. On the Easter morning the staff invited the kids to break the Easter Egg and each kid took a large chunk of chocolate. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Everything about the hotel was good. The only inconvenience was the bus schedule, which was disrupted by the Easter Holiday. The nearest bus station (line 43 to Venice) is less than 100 m from the hotel.

I had to pay for the hotel for two nights right when I arrived, not like in other hotels, after the service! The price of the hotel and guests must also pay for parking in the hotel parking lot!
