That our room was on the top floor with no lift access. We had a left to the 2nd floor then we had to climb a flight of stairs to get to our room. Not great when you have so much luggage

Santa Maria Foris was wonderful to stay at! They did a wonderful job of providing self check-in instructions and they were extremely attentive throughout our stay. The front desk was great in helping us coordinate a cab and providing recommendations around the city. The location is amazing - you are in walking distance to the best sites and restaurants around Ravenna! Highly recommend!

This is a stylish and welcoming place to stay. It's quiet, but a short walk to the centre of Ravenna. A great location for those who want to be in the middle of the city but also to have a quiet night's sleep. My room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, a sofa, and a view out across the courtyard. The bathroom had an enormous shower and was reasonably well-appointed. There was a good buffet selection at breakfast, and the staff were helpful and welcoming.

The bathroom decoration was dated and a bit strange: wall to wall gloss panelling made me feel I'd teleported to an eighties film! That was the only thing, though, that I thought could be improved.

Great staff: very welcoming, available and proactive. They anticipated our needs. Very convenient location: a 5 minute walk from down town and a reasonably priced parking facility.

Our windows were right at street level and the only way to get some privacy was keeping the dark curtains closed and turning the lights on. Acoustic insulation was also lacking.

It is well-located for the museums and sights in the city and stylishly laid-out. It is quiet and very well-run. We had a nice outside space to sit; there is a TV room and a library as well as good wifi and TVs in the rooms. We had a very pleasant stay and it is worth getting the breakfast added in as it's very good.

We loved the property and had only one minor issue with the hardness of the bed.
