Location was great. Restaurant next door was very good. Breakfast service was also amazing. We would stay there again.

Beds could have been a little softer.

We really enjoyed our 2 nights in Ravenna. The town is lovely and the apartment was perfect. Very spacious and close to all the lovely restaurants and bars. Stephanie was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

There was nothing not to like.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just 5 minutes from the central square. The size of the room was really large, with a separate bedroom and a living room / kitchen. Bed were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. They let us in the room before the checkin time. The price to quality ratio was great.

Only the view of the balcony could have been better.

Location and apartment was perfect.

Appreciated the quick response to our questions from a number of staff. Also ability to do our laundry was great. Reasonably good breakfast. Convenient walking distance to a number of sites. Getting a resident's parking pass was important, and a big plus. Overall a good experience.

Our section of the building needs refreshing. Lights were too dim to comfortably read. Being on a main street with single pane windows meant that we heard sounds from the street at night. Although Ravenna is a safe city, I was concerned about doors to the street being left unlocked so anyone could walk in. We found getting to the apartment by car to be very difficult - downtown Ravennna is a maze of one way streets. Of course this is not a reflection on the hotel ... but we spent about an hour trying to drop our bags off at the door.

Hotel’s manager and staff were great, smooth check-in and check-out, great location.

Two single beds’ mattresses are ok for a short stay.

The cleanliness of the apartments was gretly apreciated. Its location, so close to the old city with its shopping, restaurants and bars as well as the UNESCO sites. Breakfast was excellent and free parking within the LTZ was appreciated.

There was an elavator, the staff was kind and holded our luggage. There was a farm maket at close proximity. Big and comfy apartment.

Excellent location with a wonderful restaurant underneath run by the same family. A terrific breakfast was also served here. Very friendly staff and the restaurant food and service were excellent. Unpretentious, friendly and efficient with reasonable prices. The accommodation was very clean with a balcony to enjoy the outdoors. Very good bathroom and the lift was a bonus! Sufficient room for two couples.

There was no condiments which was a bit surprising for an apartment with kitchen. Thought there might have been some salt/oil etc.

Italian breakfast in the restaurant on the ground floor.

Nice and spacious apartment close to the city centre and a bus stop nearby. There is a shop under the apartment where we bought our daily bottles of water and the in the attached restaurant we had a good lunch on our day of arrival. if you prefer a good pancake or yoghurt/fruit breakfast we recommend “Sedice” in Via Antica Zecca.

Bed in the master bedroom was quite hard.

Very large apartment, huge and comfortable beds, calm and very well located. Breakfast included, taken at the bar on the ground floor. Parking was cheap and we were lucky to always find a spot on the plaza not far from the apartment (250m)

The lights in the living room were not strong enough to read comfortably, the room is missing a reading light
