I loved staying here! Had a lovely room. Best shower/bathroom. Wish I could have stayed longer. Can't wait to return. Highly recommended.

La ubicación y el desayuno son buenos.
Se supone que reservas una habitación de hotel y te mandan a un departamento al lado del mismo, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, las toallas tenían pelos, el baño no estaba perfectamente limpio, hay muchos puntos que mejorar.

ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד ויש בה הרבה פרי וירקות .. מה שפחות מצאנו במלונות כאלו באיטליה.. הגענו לחדר מאוד נח ומרווח אבל היה רעש של בניה בקירות (מבנה צמוד) וגם בבוקר התעוררנו עם ריח עז של בישולי מטבח.... מנהל המלון (או מי מטעמו) נענה לפנייתנו והועברנו לחדר אחר שהיה פחות גדול ופחות נח אם כי היה יותר משוכלל (אלקטרונית)... ס"ס נעו מאמצים לשפר את השהו שלנו בלון בו היינו 3 ימים
חנייה במקום זוועתי ... מרוחקת חצי ק"מ מהמלון וזה מחוב לסחוב את התיקים אל החנייה ... בנוסף כל יום היה עלות של 20 אירו .. זה מחפיר מאוד ולא מכבד מלון בסד"ג היה יכול לחייב פחות.. בנוסף היינו מחויבים על פיקדון של 50 אירו על השלט של שער הכניסה את החנייה שהיא תת קרקעית ומאוד צרה ומקשה על תמרון לרכב גדול כמו שהיה לנו (שברולט סברבן - 8 מקומות)

C’è stato un piccolo problema in camera che è stato gestito molto bene dalla responsabile alla reception.
Affaccio decisamente brutto sull’ interno del palazzo (sui condizionatori più che altro).

Perfekte Lage zum Zentrum. Die Arena ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Kleines, aber sauberes gemütliches Zimmer. Kleiner Barbereich vor dem Hotel und freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.
Parken im nahegelegenen Hotel-Parkhaus kostet extra.

Location was good, comfortable bed, clean, breakfast good.
The car park was not at the hotel and it was complicated to get sorted.
It felt like we had to fit in with the staff and their procedures, rather than the staff and procedures being aimed at and for the guests.
Dated decor, room not what we were expecting from a 4 star hotel.

Location was quite good, close to the station and to the old town.
The décor was quite nice and homely.
Rude staff. No internet during my whole stay. An annoying sound from the bathroom constantly. Uncomfortable bed. Breakfast was gross - rubbery eggs and cold bacon. Yuck.

Nice location, good family room, WiFi worked quite well!
Breakfast was not appropriate for a 4star hotel, and even more for an Italian hotel! Very poor choices! The safe was not working and we had no place to store valuables!

The rooms were amazing. Especially the smart pad used to control everything within the room.

I was happily surprised to find a doggybed and bowls for our pup in our room. The room was big and very comfortable.
Maybe during the summer months there could be a fan in the rooms, it gets really hot.

Great location, close to Verona Porta Nuova railway station 8 minutes walk, and 10 minutes walk to city center. Very comfortable room, especially bathroom, newly equipped with great waterfall shower by Grohe. Staff was very helpful!
For the AC, you have to ask the receprion, and they switch it on in a second remotely.
Breakfast and coffee could be better.

The hotel has that old/vintage vibe, but the rooms are well maintained and clean. Combined with a fantastic placement (close to the train station as well as the city center), it was the best value for money.

Breakfast buffet is as ok but at times a little crowded - it is a tourist hotel after all!
Bar appeared to be poorly used and consequently not very inviting. In fact, when we did intend to use it (7.30pm on a Saturday night), there was no bar staff in attendance, so went elsewhere.

Staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful.
They offer "free" breakfast but: the breakfast room is too small and very crowded. All the tables were taken or still had to be cleaned. They dont have enough staff which and they didnt look happy. Theres also not enough food.

weird bath had so many gizmos and nothing worked well and the marble sink was so big had to squeeze past that and the bidet to use the toilet. The breakfast was tasteless and the area soul less
