Lo que más destacaría sin duda es la ubicación de este hotel. Es perfecta. Alejada del barullo y de la masificación de Madrid, pero súper fácil de llegar si te apetece, tanto andando como en transporte público. Recomiendo un lugar como este ya que te evitas el tráfico etc.. Su cercanía al parque del retiro también era maravillosa. Además, los chicos de recepción son muy cordiales y profesionales. Las habitaciones también están súper bien. Fui en una fecha donde conseguí una muy buena relación calidad - precio. Me gustaría volver a reservar en este hotel en mis próximas estancias de Madrid.

No hay nada que yo recuerde que no me gustase.

La habitación muy cómoda, sobre todo la cama y las almohadas me encantaron! El personal de recepción muy amable.

En alguna habitación alrededor tenían la TV alta y resonaba bastante, afortunadamente solo fue unos minutos. El asiento del WC rechinaba mucho al abrir la tapa y/o sentarse.

The view from the rooftop restaurant was pleasant, especially at night. Staff were extremely helpful & courteous. The toiletries were exceptional The bed was more than comfortable

Water in the plunge pool could have been warmer as it was freezing. The was no view from our room as we looked into a light well

Fairly typical 4 star city hotel. Room was on the small side but perfectly functional. We had a balcony with ours which made it feel much more spacious. Rooftop bar was nice to have. Situated near Retiro Park and Salamanca district which suited us, but a distance from the more touristy areas.

Whilst we loved the rooftop bar, at night, when in bed, continual scraping of chairs above us, could be hear. We were on floor below. Pools was very small.

Really nice staff - they couldnt do enough for us. Breakfast was excellent - I rarely enjoy breakfasts abroad but this had practically everything; scrambled and fried eggs, bacon, sasages (spanish types but very nice) potatoes, ospanish omlete, cheese, ham, salami, a few types of bread, fruit, toast, butter, jam marmalade, cereals, various milk, cream, 3 capuccino/latte/coffee machines. Evening food was tapas Bar type but it was excellent, the teenagers with us loved it and we ate there 2 out of our 4 evenings. Fabulous roof-top bar Hotel is across the road from an excellent large park with lots to do there, botanical gardens about 15min walk away..., an underground station two minutes away, restaurants across the road, cafes, ice cream parlour, supermarkets ... everything you need.

No coffee or tea in our room - I'm being picky now and I probabl could have asked because our second room did have it. Pool is small.... Nothing else to complain about

Excellent hotel would stay again if I comw back to Madrid. the Rooftop was extraordinary and the staff very very nice.

Being just a short walk from Principe Vergara Metro it was easy to arrive from the airport. The staff were warm and friendly and welcomed us back in a most genuine manner. The room was bigger than the one we had been allocated before and was most comfortable. Being just round the corner from Recoleta Park was delightful. A lovely cafe across the road completed a perfect night's stay.

The roof terrace was closed due to the weather. Nothing the hotel could do about that!

no room service after 11.30 pm. we arrived at 11.35 hungry and tired but were informed the kitchen was closed! nothing offered other than the bar was open and there was a mini bar in the room.

being from Ireland we missed no tea or coffee facilities in our room .. would definitely recommend upgrading to park view…

The hotel was not better than much cheaper hostel I visited last time when visiting in Madrid. There are only two small elevators, for the floor renevation only one of those was in use (renevation should have done faster around those elevators). Therefore unnecessary waiting time / need to use stairs. Poor voice insulation from corridor.
