The property was nice and neat. The location was wonderful, which was easy to reach the beach and bus stop. The buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious with different kinds of food to choose. The staff was polite and helpful.

The location and the view from the room was amazing. Suit room was very big, the beds were comfortable, the shower was good. The breakfast was OK, the dinner was amazing. The staff were kind and good, special thanks to Cati and Aliz, they were very sweet with us.

The second day of our stay, we have received a note under the door saying “do not hang the towels to the balcony glass” This wasn’t a kind way of saying something, especialy when it wasn’t written anywhere in the room and there was no alternative. We put the towels to the back of our chair and it was always wet the next day. The wifi was bad. In the room, it was OK but at the bar, it wasn’t good, sometimes there was no internet at all. We had to use VPN to be able to call from whatsapp.

The breakfast and the workers were amazing, the location is perfect, next to the sea.

There are no programs at the hotel during the day. No animator, and the live music was boring at the evenings.

Late check-in, the staff was very nice, spacious room and breakfast had many options. The location was also great and there was plenty of free parking spaces just across the street.

The cleaning ladies did make a lot of noise when cleaning the upstairs room, specially dragging the furnitures very early in the morning (which woke up everybody).

The View and general outside seating area. Plus access to local buses was easy and Beach access was easy. The Staff were all polite and efficient.

In general the selection and quality of food was poor together with a lack of non alcoholic drinks choice. The food on offer was more akin to party food and thf plates were cold!

The location was perfect for our holiday. Next to the beach, close to the airport and not in a crowded city center. It was possible to reach the hotel by public transportation (Bus A2) directly from the airport and the bus stop is just in front of the hotel. It cost 5 EUR per person. Nearby was also Palma Aquarium, a must visit if you travel with children. They had this huge tank with tiger shark in it, outdoor and indoor playground, beautiful garden and green forest. The room was cleaned daily, it exceeded my expectation. The view of the pool and the sea was beautiful too. There was variety of food during breakfast and dinner too. Although it gets boring when you stay for a long time. Good value stay.

Excellent location, close to restaurants and across the road from the beach. The bus stop was outside the building, the number 25 bus brought you into Palma. Very convenient location. The staff were very helpful, the food was very good and a great selection of choice everyday.

Breakfasts, beds, view from the room, staff were very friendly.

Noises, cleaning staff started their job early in the morning and instead of lifting furnitures they preferred to drag those on the floor which was waking up us every single day. You can hear all noises from the rooms next and above your one. You need to pay for a water during the dinner which for me is not acceptable in hot country.

The hotel is clean and quiet. It’s located in a perfect place: 1 min walking to the clean and not overcrowded beach and 15 mins by bus to Palma.

The food could be better. No vegetarian mains.

Very close to the beach. Great access to Palma & a few minutes from the airport. Fabulous cycle network and cheap bike hire. Intimate pool, never an issue getting a sunbed. Quiet and peaceful, but it was September

The lifeguard should, in our opinion not be telling paying guests they can’t come/go as they please and moving towels off Sun beds. We were on holiday and should be able to walk across to the beach, take a swim or go for lunch without having to worry about the over zealous LG. I do not agree with people holding loungers all day and barely using them, but the LG should be able to distinguish. His language spoken, was not adequate and he couldn’t understand when people were explaining. I speak none, other than English, so it’s not a criticism of him, but he said himself he couldn’t understand. So, why the confrontation about the Sunbeds. Disappointed that the gym treadmill was broken, when I reported it. It wasn’t fixed whilst there. We always book with a gym, as our son is a National athlete and needs the facility on holiday. It may not be a deal breaker for some, but I definitely would not have booked if we had known. The last 8 years we’ve put a ‘gym’ on the top of our search list. I feel if the equipment was checked daily they would have known.

Breakfest was good, location was good too

The phone didn't work, the guy in the lobby was arrogant. We had a water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom for three days and hotel didn't offer anything to compensate for the inconvenience. They charge for everything including safe in a room. Definitely not a 4 stars hotel.
