Dobra lokalizacja, piękny widok na morze, miła i serdeczna obsługa, całkiem dobrze wyposażona siłownia, mimo że mała.

Mały basen zewnętrzny, niestety nie był podgrzewany, i brak wewnętrznego (choć w cenie można korzystać z sąsiedniego hotelu).

We only liked the animation in our last night and hosts of the animation. We will never forget 2 ladies who are from Czech Republic and Moldova. Animator was the funniest, entertaining person. They offered free shots and made us feel happy. When we had no airconditioning, we couldnt sleep. Receptionist didnt do anything. Next day, Hotel Manager Tina changed our room and she offered us lunch, sent a sangria to our room. She is the best. She deserves better. Parking around the hotel was not a problem. Kitchen staff is nice and smiling always. It was funny that how waiters have different name tags every day. One day he is Jesus and next day he is Jose Mario. Pablo turned into Fabio in 3 days. It is hilarious.

The room facilities completely different than on this website. There was no AC, Bathroom water was salty so it was not great for my hair or skin. Mini fridge in the room did not cool down anything and it was extremely hot itself. Worst thing was definitely the airconditioning because we could not sleep the night we arrived and we had to spend the night in the lobby. Receptionists had no skill of communication or problemsolving. Breakfast was full of cheap products that they didnt taste good. Fruit bowls were frozen, eggs were poorly fried or boiled too long. Dinner is same that salad bar had so many different products however they were just abandoned there without a proper size cut as half cut tomatoes and greens.For dinner, main dishes were not cooked and seasoned well. It is probably okay for old people who has no taste buds but for us this is obviously not a 4 star hotel buffet. Another ridiculous weird thing is even water in dinner is not free. Drinks that are free during breakfast are suddenly not free and they come to your table to force you to order a drink. Waiters did not understand/communicate well. So in our first dinner, they almost fight with me by saying "You are not inclusive". This is not how you start a conversation. They charge you for water they bottle themselves. We had no introduction how buffet works in the beginning so it wa. The feeling in the hotel is they constantly to try to charge you for things like coffee cups in the room. It says there is coffee machine in the room but you have to pay after 2 cups which is not the deal on booking.com. Bathroom was a total disaster. The door hits the toilet seat, shower is claustrophobic. We asked for cleaning but only housekeeping was making the bed and putting new towels. On booking.com, there is spa however there is actually no spa in the building. You have to go to the other location which is 200 meters away but not convenient. We did not even get bothered to go there. Very old.

Staying at this hotel was really nice. Its not crowded area and the hotel was beautiful inside for relaxing. Food was totally delicious and breakfast had a big choice of variety food. Clean rooms with nice balcony! I would definitely come again and recommend!

Coctails during the nights. Unfortunately only small minus is quality of coctails (full of water). But its not so important for us so would still recommend.

Check in was very quick and we had received the room which we booked and on the requested high floor. Room was nice and sea view amazing. Brakfast and dinner (we had half board) - delicious. Bonuses: SPA and swimming pool in Ferrer Janeiro Hotel and bicycle rent and garage in Bikeman shop

Very nice stay at Ferrer Concord. It is located in quiet part of the Citi. Away from the noise of Can Picafort center, but still walking distance to plenty of restaurants, pubs etc. If you need a hotel with good HB, sea view, close to the noisy streets- it’s the very best option
