-locality - near to the beach, centre, many shops arround -very tasty food -nice and comfortable room

- we had half-board and we didnt know how it works during dinner, nobody explained us - there was strange noise (in the pipes i think) always when someone above us flushed WC

The location

We had two reservations and even though we paid the same price for the two rooms we received different rooms, and when I say different, one was almost double the other! It's a shame.

Good food and nice staff.

We got a very small room with a very small bathroom which was not comfortable. Our room was not arranged for couples since there are two single beds merged.

Breakfast was delicious, there were many options to choose from. The room was clean everyday. Windows in the hotel are great because they can reduce noise from outside very well. The hotel offers evening performances. We were at Elvis Presley’s performance and it was awesome 👌🏼. Around the hotel is lots of small shops, restaurants, there is aslo a car rental within walking distance of the hotel. Beach near the hotel is beautiful with clear blue water. I don’t recommend drinking tap water. I made this mistake on the first day (because in slovakia we use to drink tap water) and the water wasn’t good.😆

the beds are a little on the hard side. The toilet in bathroom hadn’t been fitted correctly so when you stood up it banged loudly. I informed hotel.

Staff tried their best at reception and in the kitchen. The best parts of our stay. Air con worked well whole the time. Dishes were great. Hotel was one of those prettiest in the neighbourhood. Close to the beach. Elevator. Hairdryer. Small but view on the sea. Near the beach (about 300m). Pool area was clean. Nice and modern looking lobby. As we've seen Mallorcas standards, this is the better category hotel you can stay in. I wish I could write more positive things because it has potential...

Thin walls. Every move of our neighbours above us was loud as moving furniture. You could hear talking people in the room across hall. The doors had several gaps all around. Oily water. I think it's recycled water after tourists (a lot of sun protection creme). Room vault for money (2 EUR/day). Wardrobe where you can't fit luggage. Dirty neighbourhood of hotel. We've never seen cleaning crew in city in whole week. Separate beds, no option for couples. The mattresses were horrible, really. Broken back after every sleep. After week I made the middle of mattress significantly lower than edges. I have 85kgs. Cleaning of the room sometimes worked and sometimes there was nobody for 2 days. I don't want to burry this hotels reputation with bad review but there is a lot of work to do. It's not 4 star. It's something between 3 and 4 stars. I mean we were in 3 stars hotels better than this and we stayed in 5 star hotels. I wish the Grupotel company could raise the level of this hotel. But the company saves money on wrong places obviously. Handle missing in elevator for several days and many many details that make difference between 3 and 4 star hotels.

The staff were excellent and the hotel location ideal. The rooms were clean and of comfortable size with plenty of sun beds etc available around the pool.

Only location

At previous place they were full on our last day. And we stayed a day here. During the stay we were checked 2 times by the housekeeper if we go or not. Although we informed we will leave at 12. And even at 11 a.m. new visitor opened the door with his card when I was lying on a bed almost naked and my friend was sleepy. The visitor was also in shock. This was just the peak!

Staff were rude. Made to feel like a criminal when we walked out of breakfast with a coffee. Taken off us.

Great friendly staff, the food was delicious. room lovely. pool wonderful. very clean. nice room and en-suite. dna k prices and drink prices were reasonable for a hotel.

The 2 hand sanitisers on entering hotel were empty. reported it to male receptionist. The view wasn’t much.
