Location on the beach is perfect. Room was clean and comfortable and very quiet.

Lack of staff at the bar, very little entertainment and not a huge amount of choice at the buffet dinner. Dinner was also served from 2030 which is quite late when you have children.

The food was basic but good, good choice of salads and meats and cheese Very Spanish, liked this about the hotel The sea view was amazing

Reception staff exceptional. Also the cleaners, all very pleasant.

Room was dated. Shower went from freezing to scalding hot then back to freezing before settling at a constant temperature. The food in the restaurant was very basic, definitely not 4 star. Very little choice and luke warm. Queuing to pay for the sunbeds in the morning was not a pleasant experience. Overall, not a great experience.

Food.a bit naff and samey. I feel conned.some things closed and it seemed you had to pay .pay for everything.On the up side the car parking and water in the canteen was free.But it is a beach sea and sun holiday only.Take your own lounger as the hotels loungers go fast @ a 1€ a day hire.I personally do like buffet mealtimes stampeed every one in a free for all,The front desk is not manned all the time so if you have a query you may have a bit of a wait.The spa,every time I went It was full of very loud beat music and disabled teenagers.It appears we choose the time of the season to visit.but everyone deserves a holiday don,t they. One more comment. The bidet in my was no firmly fixed to the floor in my bano the maintance tried to fix it ,with a sqeeze of mastic,but to no avail it still.moved about if you tried to use it .Whole hotel seemed cry out for make over refurb.Just my opinion.

Food was appalling. Cold and no choice. Dried up or greasy reheated food left to go cold. Never had anything like it before when staying in an hotel. Breakfast was boiled eggs with salad and toast

I don't understand the people who wrote bad reviews on this hotel. We enjoyed it a lot. We visited the hotel in April, all facilities were available and food was good. I had a very relaxing mud therapy.

Considering there were 2 settings for meals, and a very large dining area, the choice of food was derisory. It is listed as a 4 star hotel. But there were only 3 main meal choices for the evening meal. 1. A round slice of pork which tasted as if it had come out of a tin and re-heated. 2. A chicken leg!!!! 3. A fish choice which was covered in batter or breadcrumbs and looked revolting. The deserts were of the same standard.... Apart from the normal, fresh fruit, jelly and ice cream, the other choice was a very small tart, of custard with a slice of apple on it. And to be honest, the breakfast was well below what one would expect of a 4 star hotel.

The spa was supposed to be included in the higher rate that I paid, and was only available for one of the four days I paid for. I had to pay for the safe. Parking was also not included in the room rate. Food was mediocre. Mass tourism at its worst.

Location on the beach; very nice service in the restaurant and in the bars, very good espresso.

Key-cards didn´t work repeatedly and long queue in reception; to get a sunbed (3€) you have to stay twice in queue at the beach bar.
