Good sized clean apartment with modern facilities and nice balcony view over pool area. Breakfast choice was extensive and food quality was excellent. Staff in the restaurant were also very friendly and welcoming.

Check in was a little frustrating being told that I needed to show my entire families passports to gain access to my room even though they were on a later flight. It shouldn't be too hard to check me in separately and then check them in later - which is what we eventually agreed we would do.

The breakfast was very enjoyable. The indoor pool was lovely. The 2 bed family apartment was very spacious.

The outdoor pool was very cold (April), the sauna and jacuzzi weren't working. The room was sold as having a poolside view which was an inaccurate description from booking.com

Hotel located in a very good location , the sea is just across the road . The bus stop is right next to the hotel and going to Palma city will take about 40 min. Lots of restaurants to explore nearby. A beautiful promenade to take a walk. The hotel rooms were clean and room service was also good. Breakfast option was extensive and nice .Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool.

Great location with plenty of places to eat around and a short walk to the beach.

The location was very quiet, the staff very friendly, and our room had a huge balcony where we spent most of our nights watching the sunset. We will return!

The rooms were perfect size and so clean. All the staff were lovely and welcoming. Didn't spend much time are the pool but they were all really nice! Very central to everything. The beach right on your doorstop. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel looks maybe bit old style, but definitely we have our comfort and all our needs were fast resolved. - Really good location, several meters from the beach - Hotel was really clean with nice view - Top roof terrace was brilliant comfortable with great views around (TOP) - Value for money is definitely the best around - Breakfast is really good and children until 6 are for free, and up 6 50 percent discount. - Event if the late checkout is not possible for our room (we asked too late), hotel provide us towels and possibility to take a shower before leave (great)

Only some minors which can be improved: - Bed was not so comfortable - Hotel looks bit old style - Evening program in front of the hotel could be improved, - Payment for usage of the safe, I cannot understand this payment as the safe is in the room

Wifi reception not so good. We only had good reception in the bedroom.

The entertainer was a little too serious, although the lady helping was lovely and the kids did seem to enjoy it.

It was great, beautiful view of the sea from our apartment, clean, great location, close to the sea, delicious breakfasts and dinners, friendly service, great swimming pools. I highly recommend!!! My family was delighted, we will be back!

Location close to the beachfront, nice Italian restaurant nearby, enough space in our room. Animation: the girl had a wonderful approach to children.

Animation: the man (from Belgium) was making inappropriate jokes. I don't think he should be allowed to work with children. Trolling people all the time.

The location was fantastic, the facilities were clean and although the pool was quite small there were plenty of loungers, it was a very chilled atmosphere
