The overall hotel is very nice; decoration (especially the Christmas holiday items), lobby, room size, pool and restaurant. The staff is awesome, friendly, professional and helpful. They do all they can to accommodate your needs
The bar could have stayed open after midnight on New Years Eve for those of us that didn't want to leave the property to celebrate.

The property is beautiful and the staff is GREAT! Every staff member did all they could to accommodate my group. Always friendly and professional.
The view from my room not good and there needs to be more food options on the restaurant menu.

Room average - not worth the high tariff. Pool excellent. Breakfast good.
The reception desk did not arrange for my Hertz car transfer from the hotel to the airport on 26 Oct 23 at 14:00 as requested the day before. I had to travel in a dilapidated and unreliable taxi (same tariff of CFA25,000), with no aircon and I had to give them cash halfway so that they could put in fuel. I was highly annoyed. The only positive was that I reached the airport and could catch my flight.

discrimination by the security on accessing the restaurant from the terrace. Also accessing the lift, you are asked ID on profiling basis

There is shortage of soap, shampoo in the plastic bottle. You need to check very often if for example soap is enough

Everything was perfect location, the hospitality from the staff, especially Alli at the reception, the ambience and aesthetics, the view of the ocean from the rooms and restaurants is breathtaking, the infinity pool and the view of the ocean from the pool is amazing, the beach club just in front of the ocean, the food especially breakfast had a great variety. The hotel was very neat and clean and had all the amenities of a top star hotel they even brought us a gift on New year's eve.
My stay at pullman was a major part of our overall experience in Dakar, which was awesome. I would definitely be coming back to stay.
Bonus point - If you like walking or running, there is a scenic running route just behind the hotel

park on the side of the building going to the pool advised by the security guard and got booted in the morning and have to wait , missed my appointment and paid a fine of 6000 XOF to the city

The staff were friendly and the restaurant was pretty good. The view from the restaurant and the pools were very nice.
The actual rooms were pretty small and the check-in process was very slow.
