The personnel are very gentle and available at any time.

I was at the same hotel years back and it was a nice place. I guess something happened and they decided to leave it to its own without any sort of maintenance. Next year it will be completely gone if nobody do something.

The bed was comfortable

The hotel is poorly maintained. In the room the shower was leaking. The water hardly flows through the sink. The telephone to call the reception does not work. We asked for an extra towel which we never received and the barman did not know the composition of the cocktails.

Our team is not at all satisfied with your hotel. They said they waited at the hotel for almost 2 hours. It is very sad that such a thing happened even though the reservation was made 1 day in advance.

The environment was calm and clean, the food is amazing also don’t forget to ask for the local juice and of course with ice
