L’emplacement. Le personnel serviable.
Je ne suis pas sur que le linge de lit avait été changé(cheveux sur les oreillers), les serviettes était très usagées.
Les fenêtres sont de très mauvaise qualité aussi bien que je me suis demandé s’il y en avait tellement on entendait les voitures qui passaient!!
La piscine n’est pas bien filtré, l’eau est trouble. Et la Musique est assourdissante dans le coin piscine.

The best part of the Agyad aparta hotel are the staff, they’re very kind with us, very professional and nice.

2) cuisinière électrique vieille, difficile et dangereuse à l'utilisation : les boutons d'origine ne fonctionnent pas. Il faut soulever l'appareil pour manipuler un bouton d'allumage bricoler en dessous. De plus un seul feu s'allume sur 4

Almost all staff (reception, cleaning and maintenance) were helpful and pleasant.
The facilities in the rooms are very old. The management will need to invest a bit more in repairing old doors, cupboards, utensils, fridges, aircons, etc.
It was difficult to get some sleep because of those old doors banging, and because of the loud music coming from the bar till early hours of the morning!
They kindly changed our room twice, but unfortunately it only made little difference for us as light sleepers.

Ants in the room, construction noise during the day and noise from the nightclub below until 530am...did'nt get much rest at all...ear plugs essential if u want to stay here lol

The property is rundown and unkempt. He pool was cold and slimy. He Wi-Fi didn’t work. I paid about $20 extra to upgrade to the best room. It had a clear glass bedroom door and missing curtain,,so no privacy in primary bedroom. No kettle or coffee pot. Counter burners didn’t work. A/C didn’t work. Mini fridge was unplugged, had to crawl. The shower went hot to cold and back like it was possessed. Staff was unprofessional at best!

Ahmed at reception was very helpful and very friendly aswell hemz the barman, in fact I would find it difficult to pick a fault with the accommodation and staff...

My room was never cleaned, nobody make up my bed in 5 days and there was no shampoo/bath gel and no plastic bag for garbage
