En la Suite Warda las camas individuales no son suficientemente grandes para un adulto, son demasiado pequeñas. Posterior a mi salida después de haber pagado mi factura he recibido un cargo no autorizado de 15 Euros que no he autorizado.

From the moment we arrived until our departure, it felt like we were in our own home. The staff were exceptional. Especially Fatima and Zaka, so courteous and helpful and made our stay extra special.

Very good location, staff was very friendly and the riad was very comfortable and cozy. Transfer from the airport wad arranged from the Riad and it was perfect. We also enjoyed a relaxing massage and a tasteful dining in the hotel. Would highly recommend staying in this Riad.

Karim was one of the most attentive people I’ve ever met. The service and attention is impeccable. The room is beautiful, clean, well air conditioned and all very safe. And the price is amazing. The whole Medina is walking distance. I’d do it again. And inform one of the best massages.

Fantastic location, everything within walking distance. Super friendly and helpful staff. I’d recommend arranging a medina tour through this riad because the guide is simply amazing! We learned so much from him! I truly had a feeling of being home away from home, the staff truly cared about our comfort and we experienced full hospitality.

Everything was perfect….one thing: just leave the coffee can on the table for us - huge coffee drinkers, it will save you some running time😀😀

What a spectacular Riad in the heart of the Medina in Fes. About 7 min walk from the Blue Gate. We were greeting and welcomed so warmly by staff and walked to the door by our driver who picked us up from the train station! This Riad is worth seeing in itself as it’s an incredible work of art in every way. Our every need was catered to and the spacious rooms are better equipped than many 5 star hotels I’ve had the luck to have stayed in. We felt like a king and queen here. The Moroccan hospitality is incredible and this is also felt here from all team members. This RIAD is really special, amazing value for money and impeccably decorated. We enjoyed a magical last night’s stay here ending our awesome adventures three weeks long through magnificent Morocco. Thanks to the whole team for your hospitality and organisation of our transport on both days (also fairly priced by the way). The Riad offers Hammam, massages and more too which we didn’t get to check out personally this time due to our own time limit here, however other guests shared their feedback directly with us and it comes highly recommended! If this place is free on the dates your searching, don’t hesitate to book!

Everything was amazing and the staff is super nice!

The most comfortable bed ever, spotlessly clean room, and very attentive hosting. Mounir was especially welcoming, kind, and showed us the very best Moroccan hospitality. He brought a smile to our faces each day, taught us some Arabic, accompanied us to our taxi, and many other thoughtful gestures. Thanks for everything, Mounir!!! Fatima wonderfully arranged everything we needed — including a last minute day trip to the Middle Atlas! Everything was taken care of for us, we felt we were treated royally for a great value. Lastly, we were so glad to have booked a dinner one night at the Riad - it was the absolute best Moroccan meal we ate in our two week trip!!

Everything was super nice, the team was very helpful and friendly. Location is also great as it is walkable distance to all the key attractions and there is also parking not too far from the medina. We also used their spa which was superb value for money for hamam and massage. The rooms are very pretty and spacious, well recommended!

Everything was great. The place is beautiful, our room was separated from the rest of the structure, which meant that we were given a private terrace. The breakfast was great too. We would definitely come back.

We loved everything. Amazing room and lobby, great location, extremely kind and helpful staff, very good breakfast, and excellent services (we had the hammam and relaxing massage). We wish we stayed longer!

It was a spacious and beautiful place that I couldn't imagine from the exterior. The room, breakfast, and the staff service were all very satisfied with the quality above the price. Thanks to them, we were able to make wonderful honeymoon memories!

This place is dreamy! The room was so gorgeous, it felt like I was in my own home except in a world where I was incredible at interior decorating. Location was awesome. Staff were incredibly helpful, especially Fatima who went out of her way to help, explain the area, and make sure I had a gluten free breakfast! Breakfast in the main sitting room was the best part. The terrace room was the best. Bed was firm and super comfy. They cleaned our room and even organized all of our things. Best riad we stayed in!

We choose this hotel because it had fabulous reviews but unfortunately our experience was terrible. There were 5 lightbulbs not working in our room and the room was very dark, there was also a funky smell in the room. Fatima very kindly put it right. Our biggest problem was with another member of staff. We had many difficulties trying to communicate with him on numerous times, even after we did Google translate but he made it very clear that he had no interest in trying to understand us and help us, almost seem as it was on purpose, It was extremely frustrating. At one point we asked for more toilet paper and he came back with 1/4 roll for 3 women. WARNING!!! they don’t take credit cards and there are no signs indicating that, and no one bother to let us know even when we book dinner with them. Breakfast starts at 8am and after pre arranging the night before, he took 45 mins to bring us coffee, we had to leave without breakfast. It’s was not a good experience at all, I would not recommend this hotel!!

A traditional riad in the middle of Fes. Very practical location. Than staff are lovely and the food cooked in the riad is delicious too. Thank you :)

The riad was amazing: beautiful style and decoration and the breakfast was delicious. The service was outstanding. Fatima, the riad manager, helped us to organise guided private tour and transfer taxi to the station and the guy from concierge helped with the luggages and guided us to the restaurants nearby. The rooms were beautiful decorated, super clean with all requited accessories. Warda room had small windows, but the air condition was helping to cooldown. The sapphire suite was excellent: with 4 big windows, with the view on the courtyard. I would highly recommend this riad for an authentic Moroccan experience.

Beautiful spacious room, spotless clean, incredible service and extremely kind and attentive staff. the location is perfect to explore the markets. Tours organized by the owner were very helpful and we felt very safe. Hammam and massage were also incredible

The only thing is that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow but we didn’t mind at all.

Excellent facility with wonderful staff. Really enjoyed staying here. The location is very close to the market as well. They also arranged for early breakfast the day we were checking out. Said also helped us find the restaurants for dinner at night. Breakfast was yummy! My only recommendation would be to have the capability of on site dinner. Lastly, I would have given this place 10/10, the only reason for giving 9 is that their credit card machine was broken and we could not pay with credit card and had to scramble for the cash (my bank does not allow for more than 2000 dirham to be taken out per day), so that was inconvenient as we were told about it only the night before checkout. I wish we were informed about this earlier.
