The location was right off the M4 which suited our needs, they were open very late for a very late check in. There was an EV charging point.
The hotel smelt of cooked food, the room was cold, dank and unloved. The bed was hard and old, with serious lumps in the mattress. It was terrible value for money!

Terrible facilities with very poor cleaning conditions. Need to talk to the manager twice during 1 week vacations. The parking lot is paid, and no one opens the garage door to access the hotel. The customer needs to go around on the rain to enter through the main door. Was promised me a refund for the terrible service on the parking lot, and in the end, nothing was made. If I could give 0 stars, I would. It's completely horrible. Never again.
If more clarifications are needed please just let me know.

They nuts, gave us a fine of 100 euros for parking 20 minutos unloading passengers and luggage😡😡😡when Everyone in our group was over 75 and one disabled , according to them a violation, we have a rental they we don’t even park there cause they don’t have parking for clients. Very disappoint.

Staff were really friendly both at check in and out. Whilst it was busy at breakfast staff were helpful and did very best to keep everything stocked up when hungry school group was there at the same time as us. Whilst this made it a little nosier in small space it was a great breakfast!
Loved having twin queen size beds it was perfect for a treat night away with my niece. Perfect location for our Legoland adventure.

Very friendly staff, very clean rooms and great nights sleep. We had an evening meal and breakfast at the hotel and the kids ate free for both meals.

the bed was by far the worst be I have ever had the misfortune to sleep on - the mattress was so soft it was unbelievably uncomfortable and we got no sleep

Location was ok
The bed was broken in first room. Had to move to second room bed was extremely uncomfortable and left us with sore backs. Shower didn’t drain and flooded room despite complaints no mops in the hotel!!! Had to use about 20 towels. Told shower obviously blocked advised to turn it off when shampooing your hair. Not offered another room so couldn’t shower either. Left hotel before completing stay No refund or compensation offered. Extremely Disappointed.

Staff were all nice enough
The adjoining door (could hear the people next door which wasn’t great as they had the tele on quite loud till midnight and could hear them talking over the top at points)
Our shower didn’t drain properly
The toilet seat lid didn’t like to stay up so both my husband and my son had to hold it while they had a wee and actually I had to hold it up until I sat down and then it seemed to stay up.
Breakfast was ok just didn’t hit the spot can’t quite out our finger on why.

The heating and air condition were in good condition.
The bed liner should have been changed daily since I was paying for the room daily as well as hoovering and cleaning.
The TV channels were restricted instead of having the full freeview channels.

Shower was a little dangerous with a curved bathtub to stand in. Didn't like the way we had to order food in restaurant for Dinner.

The service was great, the rooms were a great size and joined, which was a bonus! Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was very tasty and there was plenty on offer. Overall, I can not fault this hotel on anything, was a pleasure to stay at. Thank you.
