The carpet on our floor (5) was worn and bunched up in some places, and poses a trip hazard.

Close to Glasgow airport

Shower over bath, it was too deep a bath for me to get safely in and out of to use the shower. Room small. Not enough sockets. Not enough towels. We arrived about 10pm and no meal options available.

As a returning customer the Holiday Inn at Glasgow Airport only some 50 !meters from the Main Terminal Building was as always ideal for catching an early morning flight. The rooms are comfortable with all the facilities that would be expected in the Holiday Inn Group. There is a reasonably priced restaurant serving a good selection of meals and snacks.

The air conditioning instructions were no where to be found especially the miniscule on/off button secretly hidden on the unit top !

Room was perfect

I was disappointed in that I had asked for a room with breakfast included - and I had to oay extra for this. I'd also asked for a double bed but I got twin beds. Finally, the car parking was also very expensive and customers should be made aware of this at the time of booking.

Nous avons aimé sa situation: près de l'aéroport de Glasgow, à 5' à pied. Nous y avons diné et dormi - tout était convenable - C'était ce qu'il nous fallait pour une courte nuit, devant etre à l'aéroport le matin vers 4h15 am. Nous y retournerons si il le faut.

The room was grubby. Poor paintwork. Grubby pc chair. Grubby carpets. Toilet seat underside was disgusting. Toilet paper and tissues had not been replenished.

Hotel was chosen for extreme convenience to airport. It had all the amenities needed for an airport stay over and was very clean and tidy.

I understand the problems getting basic wait staff, together with the realities of today's societal tolerances. However looks still mean something to me and the waitress with green hair and several face "pin" decorations gave the illusion of uncleanliness. Waitress was pleasant and efficient but not a great advertisement for "front facing" staff.

Decent hotel right next to Glasgow airport - perfect location. Rooms and bathrooms nice. Well-priced. Excellent receptionist

There had been a mix-up as our flight got in just after midnight - although I had contacted the hotel to confirm this some days before. So, the hotel room was reserved for the following day, because of the midnight check in. There was a bit of to and fro but the receptionist eventually could see what had happened and a room was found for us. I was happy with how it was dealt with.

Fantastic location for early flight to Menorca

Room wasnt that big but was very quiet considering how close we were to the airport and we slept comfortably. Breakfast was more than adequate and evening meal portions generous. Staff very friendly.

Limited facilities in room with regards to refreshments/snack and smaller older room than anticipated.

Super location, just yards from our check-in desk. Quiet, with friendly helpful staff.

No Outlets or USB ports at bedside. But there were some on the desk across the room
