Friendly staff and good value

Narrow room and a bit noisy but it was cheap so no complaints for the price

We asked to moved as the hum from the kitchen fan was intolerable. They happily moved us but be warned there is noise from the bar hence the supplied in ear sound buds .

Hot smelly and terrible parking situation

We used the hotel as a stop-over to break the journey up to northern Scotland. Good location for that. The room was warm and clean. The bed for comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice and spacious. We booked a double but were given a family room - plenty of space for bags etc. Noise could be heard from the pub, but only very faintly, and only until around midnight.

The room was a little pricey but breakfast was included. Not a lot of parking available for guests as it is not separately reserved from the pub users. Free parking found but quite some way up the road, which wasn't ideal with suitcases.

Very convenient to airport. Good value. Restaurant had good food and atmosphere.

The staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough to help you a great place to stay for one or 2 nights..

The location was perfect for an overnight stay before heading to hmnb Clyde Faslane the next day, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The shower did not work and unfortunately, the bar area was too busy with the football and people out on a Saturday evening, so we never mentioned it until the next morning, however, the staff did apologize. Music I feel could be turned down a little at 11:30 instead of being loud until 1 am, also other residents could be mindful of the noise when coming up to their rooms, this is not a criticism just a suggestion.

Everything was provided in the room even down to earplugs ( I assume perhaps the bar or traffic can be noisy, so this is a thoughtful idea) and the breakfast was great.

Just a little more attention to detail is required in the maintenance of decor in the room e.g in my room less than an hour's work on some issues like silicon stuck on the shower screen and repairs to complete on the window would push the ratings up .

Excellent location for where I needed to be - easily found. Great first impression and enjoyed stay thoroughly. Good evening meal and great breakfast Very comfortable beds and staff most helpful

Hotel is in close proximity to busy road so there was traffic noise - however there were ear plugs provided (not that I needed them) No downsides really at all

Come home to paisley for sisters 50th birthday, 16 of us come from Nottingham to celebrate it.

Perfect stay, room was spotless, staff very friendly, breakfast was generous and satisfying. I will use this hotel again
