Friendly and helpful staff. Evening meal - lamb shank was great. I had a continental breakfast which was fine. The room was excellent decor and bathroom to a high standard. And the bed was supremely comfortable.

The only comment. I have a shower in the morning and that was provided. But some like a bath which wasn’t there.

Loved the staff they made both me and my wife feel welcomed and answered all question we had, the room was clean and tidy and well made up, the size of the room was just right for the 2 of us and it had everything that you may of left at home like iron for example thumbs up here

The Wi-Fi was very hit or miss, if I was there for business trip I won’t of been able to get any work done on my laptop, the price of the breakfast was alittle steep as we only wanted a cooked breakfast, maybe give different prices like a full continental breakfast 1 price and just a cooked breakfast another price

Great place to stay we were visiting brands hatch Bar area and dinning room so clean rooms very nice plenty of room staff were very friendly definitely recommend this hotel

Michelle receptionist was warm and welcoming and very helpful made our stay comfortable and waway from home experience.

Very little. It was like something out of the 80s. Heating couldn’t be completely shut off and only one of the two windows opened for ventilation. 😞

The age. It was something from the 80s.

The room was upgraded to a suite, amazing facilities, wish I was staying for more than a si gle night.
