The magnifying mirror was not fixed to the wall properly. The room, although there were plenty of lights, was still quite dark

The room was nicely decorated and the hotel is in gorgeous grounds. Add to that the food was delicious.

The noise from the restaurant and bar was clearly heard in my room which was quite intrusive. The smart tablet is great for communicating with room service however on one evening it clearly wasn’t being monitored as it took me chasing 3 times and and hour and a half to receive my food order and drink.

Lovely location, with beautiful grounds for a stroll and some quiet time. We paid for an executive room which was very spacious and well equipled.

Nothing really. Really enjoyed the stay. We were there for a friend's wedding so didn't get much tie to sample many of the facilities.

Well cared for, including the dog! Cooked food, using local sources. Very comfortable bed Garden and woodland, including heron!
