Great location. Lovely food. Good size room.
Very uncomfortable pillows and uncomfortable mattress on bed. There is a car parking charge for guests of £10 per 24 hours, which we were not aware of.
4.2
Lovely room, quiet and comfortable. Very good location, short walk to shops.

Breakfast could be better for veggies

Great breakfast, great location, lovely hotel
4.2
near all shopping and restuarants
breakfast no hash browns stood waiting for fresh bacon and eggs.
staff were constantly at the table couldn't relax or have conversation.
i know it was the weekend, but the pool was cold, and the families had kids who had got balls and inflatables around couldn't enjoy the pool it's not that big. And the hot tub floor signs of mud or grime bit unpleasant the women's changing room bins in and out of the toilet were all full as well felt unhygienic.
had a twin room with a joining room which i didn't need as i had no kids but i might have well had booked them in as the room next-door or across from us were outside their rooms talking in loud voices for a good hour laughing etc. i couldn't understand why they were doing this in the corridor we were trying to sleep it was 1030 1100 pm.
just made our stay just that bit more unpleasant.

Breakfast good, location good shame you had to pay extra for parking and weren't told that in advance
Paying for parking
Taking money in advance in case of extras then not getting the money back for several days

So near to central Solihull. Having an executive lounge is a huge selling point for me buying a stay too. ( althoughlounge quality is now less than our many previous stays sadly)
Disappointed no longer serving Prosecco in exec lounge, and no snacks such as crisps/nuts anymore. Apparently these have been ditched to make way for a beer pump. Crazy ! Also now have a £10 parking fee despite being a premium guest at the hotel. Not happy about that.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel was very clean. Very impressed.
When arriving at reception to pay my bill I would have preferred to be told the total of my account, or see the bill, before my card was charged (I didn't have a problem with the total at all, I just wasn't told it)
4.2
Comfortable, friendly staff, great location and easy to park - what's not to love? Breakfast ingredients weren't the best quality, that was my only gripe.
Quality of produce used in the cooked breakfast.
4.2
The facilities were very good
The sofa bed wasn’t that comfy
4.2
Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly.
Sofa bed was very uncomfortable for the kids. It's very noisy- could hear the clubs music across the road going all night as well as other visitors coming in late.
4.2
Location
Our room was near a bank of air conditioners - there was a constant noise from them all night.
4.2
Lovely hotel in Nice grounds Lovely shopping area just opposite.
Beds were a little hard no milk left in room for tea or coffee had to ask for some .
4.2
Comfy bed, big room, TV that worked
Room was a little cold and I was in a disabled room where I couldn't adjust the shower temperature, which was also a little colder thank I like. Not a very big window so a bit dark.
4.2
Friendly and professional staff helped to address our request efficiently. Lovely lobby. Good stay. Will definitely come back again.
4.2
Central location, friendly staff on reception, plenty of car park spaces, big room, comfy bed, nice breakfast
Pillows too hard, breakfast time was very noisy lots of families with small children
4.2
The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The hotel is in an ideal spot for the train station and the shopping centre.
In the bar area there was a lot of very young children running around in between the tables and being very loud up until about 10pm. I know it's not easy but I feel the staff should have politely asked the parents to keep the children under control.
4.2
Breakfast was excellent and really good quality, wait team were very attentive and pleasant.
Dinner was good also, wait team were attentive and looked after us well.
As a quest to hotel don't see why I should pay car parking to stay at the location, having booked for three nights, should be included in the reservation cost. I have never been charged for parking when staying at other hotels around the world.
I can understand charging in a central location for non-resident visitors.
4.2
The hotel and staff were great as usual. Very impressed with the way they were dealing with a group of visually impaired visitors
Now charging £10 for overnight parking - ridiculous.
4.2
All staff were excellent!
gym and pool area quiet tired but sill ok for a hotel
4.2
Clean and stylish
My husband hit his head several times and couldn’t fully stand in the bath to shower as we were presumably in the eves and he’s only 6ft, the bathroom had no window and the extractor was not adequate, so had to leave door open a bit.
There was no view from window as they were 2 small windows above head level, which also mad the room quite dark
4.2
The location was good for restaurants, nearby attractions & shopping
The light in the bedroom was very dim & the staff on the bar all seemed quite grumpy.
Would be good to be more organised on a busy breakfast service.
4.2
I enjoyed my stay with my family.
The staff were amazing and very helpful particularly the gentleman who was at the reception and the bar attendant.
Unfortunately there was one lady who seems to be the manager at the restaurant in the morning. I caught her constantly whispering something to another lady which I genuinely believed was a gossip directed at me and my family. The only reason I didn't challenge her was thar I didn't want my children to see anything awkward happening
4.2
Stayed here a few times - central location, clean and comfy rooms, gym and pool - all great
£10 charge for overnight parking recently introduced- another way of making money. Breakfast quality has gone down drastically from the last time we stayed. Half of the items unavailable and staff couldn’t cope with bank holiday increase in guests as many orders were incorrect.

Some staff appeared were quite unhospitable, no warm welcomes or smiles.

Staff where lovely and very helpful.
The only thing that let the room down was the lift was on the bedroom wall and you could hear it when in use.

Well situated with excellent parking facilities - and windows which open!!

beautiful hotel . great location. nice large rooms . food very nice .
charging us £10 for car-parking which was free at time of booking and was on our confirmation that it was free . eventually got the money refunded .but was very annoying.
asked at reception would it be possible to have a rubber bath mat so my mum wouldn’t slip in bath . we had to wait for over 45 minutes for it to arrive at the room ,
