Limited option of meet for dinner

Room was freshly painted and it had strong paint smell and I was unable to open window to let smel leave..

people at the reception are helpful specially Costa they are welcoming and friendly the pool and animation team are amazing

The reception, like last time, is more than wonderful. They always amaze you. Their keenness to choose the best room is very safe. You feel as if you were at home❤️

Staff everywhere in the hotel were very professional and polite and nothing was too much for them. There was a small incident that happened next door to me, but the complaint was solved the very next day, to my satisfaction.... As a woman that travelled on her own, they all looked after me very well, made sure I was safe at all times. I am going to book again for October and I am really looking for to it.

All inclusive option for alcoholic drinks is quite poor, could really only drink the beer. No ice cream during the day or crips nuts etc.

Dive Inn is super cool. Definitely recommend this location. We love Sharm 😉

the staff are exceptional we can not praise them enough, from reception to room and bar, all are just caring and attentive to your needs. this is a special thanks to you all. and to Mr Ashraf for his individual help. the hotel is clean well located and has all anyone could need for a perfect holiday in the sun.

animation is always a problem for us, it’s mainly the volume of the ‘Music’ and it does seem a little pointless for the amount of people who interact. quiet relaxing music would we think, benefit the ambiance.

Hotel internet is very bad. It's nonsense to even say they have the internet. Also the person standing at the reception was not polite at all. I suggest giving him a little smile.

The staff was really good joyful and cooperative, Especially Mr. Mohammed Ass Front office MGR he was too much friendly and cooperative, special thanks for him and everyone that help us to have a pleasant vacation

at first i need to worry you about this place , don’t you dare to came close to this “hotel” in the first seconds we arrived to the place start to do the check in they give us the wrong room and started to argument with us that is what it is and cant do nothing!! they even don’t told us where is the room , nobody came with us to show the room nothing and we did back and forth 3 time because the room don’t mach and the electricity doesn’t work !!!! the water even in the toilet wasn’t clean they stink from chlorine!!!!! in the shower!!!! please don’t stay there it not worth it!!!! one time we forgot to put the note that no cleaning! they came in “clean “ the safe they open it!! and we close it !!! we was lucky to not put anything where !!! they just like search the place for money and expensive stuff!!!! and the cleaning man left us a present the he pee on all around the toilet!!! this is disgusting!!!!!! we never ever going to come back here and I hope for you gays that you with not get closer to this place not worth it at all !! pay a little bit more money and go fir another place please 🙏🏼🙏🏼

The hotel was nice enough. It was during the cop conference so I don't know if it was typical.

Not much English I made friends with a Russian couple who helped figure things out.

Electricity problem, sockets rarely work wifi is poor and the breakfast is appalling.
