Great programming and friendly staff. Except the beach bar guys who make one guy do all the work while others watch. Seems to be a thing in Egypt. I wish they would train staff to respond to the customer, not fear of management or begging for a tripadvisor rating which happens often here. I was asked to give a review in the middle of attempting to get something fixed. Odd.

FOOD. Need more authentic and flavorful ingredients I felt like I was eating plastic meals. I think the 9.4 booking.com rating is wild given how basic the food was. But it is great value so it all balances out.

Il Servizio taxi della struttura mi ha truffato, facendomi pagare in anticipo il viaggio verso l’aeroporto e nel momento della richiesta del taxi, il manager dei taxi si è rifiutato di offrirci il passaggio già pagato, perché non ricordava di aver ricevuto i soldi.

Tutto perfetto, la struttura è bellissima per non parlare della spiaggia e della barriera corallina. Il cibo è veramente buono e ad ogni cena il menu varia leggermente ma è tutto sempre buonissimo. Lo staff è davvero gentile e super attento. Ci hanno offerto il late check out gratuito e sono stati davvero gentili in tutto e per tutto. Grazie

Top gepflegtes Hotel, zwar etwas älter aber schön und sauber. Mitarbeiter putzen und wischen mindestens 2 Mal alles was sich Außen befindet, von Fließen und Pool usw. Strand ist schön - wird aber mit Baron Resort geteilt. Hotel ist Ruhig und top für die Erholung. Besonderer Lob an Mittarbeiter/Service Pool Ahmed Abd Alaziz - immer mit einen Lächen und Hilfsbereit. Wie auch an Fouad Salman. Booking Bewertung ist für Hotel wichtig - was ich besonders toll finde. Hier kümmert man sich um alle Anliegen die Gäste betreffen.

WLAN am Strand funktioniert trotz Code nicht. SPA nur für eine halbe Std. pro Zimmer und Aufenthalt incl.

The staff is very friendly. Hotel is super clean. Al inclusive and wide variety of delicious food. They have a very big pool and a very good private beach. We loved our stay here and we would definitely come back here one day.

We stayed at Baron Palms with my wife from July 20 to July 24, 2023. This is a wonderful place to spend some time with your loved one, not worrying about anything. We enjoyed the quality of service and the beach. I especially wanted to mention the coral reef in the sea - it is beautiful. Excellent quality of food and its variety, as well as unobtrusive excellent service. We will come back again with pleasure.

The Baron Palms Sharm El Sheikh is a beautiful oasis with a spotlessly clean pool area and gardens. The resort is old but well kept. The rooms are nicely furnished with good size balconies and are cleaned thoroughly. The staff is cheerful, polite and very helpful. The hotel has a fitness center with gym/workout room, bar/lounge, beach and pool. The resort also offers a variety of dining options including Italian and seafood restaurants. It has a private beach area, a market street within the hotel and a spa where guests can relax and enjoy massages and other treatments.

Not my first stay here and definitely will not be my last, every single person here understands what it means to work in hospitality, Everyone has extreme ownership of their roles and it really shows, The food is outright amazing, all the vicinities are always clean and attended to and the customer follow up and feedback collection is top notch. Mr. Ahmed Fathy is the perfect example of what it means to provide outstanding customer service. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Fathy for the free upgrade and having the room ready for us from 8 am and allowing us to stay until 6pm on checkout day. And also for Mr. Osama the F&B manager for always being around and listening to our feedback and comments. Also huge thanks to Mahmoud at the lobby bar and Mahmoud and Mahmoud on the beach bar, and to Peter at the omelette station for always putting on a smile and making sure our stay is amazing. This has been the second time I stay at this property and it won’t be the last! The staff is lovely, kind and made sure everything was perfect in my stay. I definitely recommend this resort for anyone who wants to visit Sharm El Skeikh Beautiful beaches for those who like to relax and do some snorkeling or diving, the pools are also great and cooled throughout summer. I never felt bored in the resort Finally, you must try the Egyptian a la carte for fine Egyptian cuisine!
